- The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA

I chose Christ University because of the great faculty - they provided great support during my 3 years of undergrad, their thorough and dynamic syllabus which is included collection of feedback for necessary changes at the end of the modules by the students, and their interdisciplinary approach towards education.

This college has a good reputation and I liked the course and syllabus. Another major reason was the city. Always wanted to study in Bangalore. The curriculum and discipline of the college was another major factor.

Ranking was the first criteria while choosing plus good brading attached to the college. Inclusion of various interdisciplinary and research activities with atleast minimum requirements for tools and academic reference

Christ has a great reputation. It's Course design and content outlined in the course was also very thorough. The method of delivery and what previous batches had to say about their experience was also a factor that led to me choosing this course and college.

Infrastructure of the college, there teaching,extra curricular activities and more,the university provides everything for the students, I love the most is the NCC cadets in college.there are talented lecturers, friendly and caring but very strict in studies they support us in every matter like sports,etc.

I wanted to be part of Christ University because the values and principles attracted me to be part of the institution. My mom was from a convent school and hence she also encouraged me to take this decision. I opted the course bba finace and international business as I wanted to learn more about how to run a business.

Remarks:
After deciding to pursue an honours in English, I decided to go and look at all good colleges that offered this course. I visited Loyola College Chennai, IIT Madras and Christ University Bangalore. I visited each campus and spoke at length to the faculty of the English Department in all the colleges. I was most satisfied with the English faculty at Christ, they gave a very comprehensive idea of what the course was going to entail, what opportunities it was going to open up for me and what kind of career I could build with said degree. I liked Christ University's campus, it's student culture, it's multidisciplinary environment, it's ethos and obviously the fact that it was in a great city like Bangalore. I realized that I would get the maximum exposure at Christ and that was enough to solidify my decision.
