Likes

This college is organised and managed by Adamar Matta from Udupi Krishna matt , so it encourages culture
There is also evening college for those students who work in day time
It's very strict as you are not allowed to keep mobile in campus

Dislikes

It's very strict as u enter campus the gate will be locked it will be opened only after the classes are done
It's quite hectic for bcom student as it's class hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Management gives attention to day College only not for evening College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to become a CA . I miss you student and it helped me a lot. If you join any professional courses then it will help. If you want to become an MBA student then also this course helps

Navigating The College Experience - A Personal Reflection

Likes

I love the college campus that we have as it is a large area with ample places to visit
I love the museum that the college has inside the campus
The library is the best place to go during exams to study and be at peace while having no distractions and to complete assignments as well as notes.

Dislikes

I dislike the strict rule of parking our vehicles on campus as we aren’t allowed to park once the time hits 8:45 A.M
I dislike the washroom facilities as it isn’t as well maintained as it should be
I dislike the odor that comes from multiple washrooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I've selected is BBA professional and whatever they teach us is very relevant to my future goals of having my own business, they provide us with special training for our CAT Exams and they provide us with regular and small tests to keep us prepared for the upcoming exams

Likes

I liked the campus as well as the friends I got there
Classrooms and buildings were good and helpfull
Teachers are very kind and they do the needful

Dislikes

The surrounding of the college which was bad
Some of the students who are not so good
Teachers also some of them are not so good

I had no other option than choosing the course because everyone had chooses it and I also chooses the course because it relates to business and my dream is has to become a business man and I chooses this course

The friendly campus environment and comfortable surroundings
The complex classes are made to be simple
The friendly lectureres and internships provided

Dislikes

There is no competive focus for exams .a
And there is no much support for attendence with other activites
Some teachers need to be improved and replaced

There are many opportunities provided for students and also the internships and support for various talents of the students and even attendence will be provided to the students which will support them in academics

I liked the friendly nature of the campus
Complex things are done simple for effective learning
Lot of opportunities including internship

Dislikes

No much competitive importance and much of theory based
The exam patterns can be improvised and could little of competitive
The mcqs and the other activities cud be mainly focused on research

There are many curriculum activities based on different interest of people but mainly we miss classes but the attendance will be provided and there are various opportunities provided by college to show case our talent

I liked my college having many canteens.
I like my college campus including hostel.
I like college Chapple , gym , playground, and musium.

Dislikes

I didn't like my class rooms, because of conjusted space.
I don't like the old benches in our classroom.
I disliked the security guard of Hampankatta college gate.

I had a goal of becoming C.A ,so I took Bcom with C.A batch (professional). The faculties provide good education and some donot teach properly. I donot like the extra subjects added by the college like H.R, Value Education etc

About St Aloysius College

Likes

The campus is very big and it is very happy environment
There are many events and it is a good place to have fun
The college is recognised and has a name and it's very famous

Dislikes

The system is not that good very strict and also there are some problems
The rules should be followed and it is very strict and fines are taken
It is very nice college but the events are during class hour no separate events

Live my life in the campus

Likes

Large campus with different blocks for different courses
Campus has various parks which leads to peace among students.
Excellent faculty as they have a high experience in teaching

Dislikes

Lack of hygiene in the washroom due to lack of cleanliness
Different blocks have different facilities that aren’t even
College offices are not responsive most of the time

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. The big 4 companies, Amazon and other MNCs visit our college and make an average offer of rs 6,00,000 annually. Highest package offered is rs 15,00,000 annually and the average package is rs 3,00,000 annually.

My experience in university

Likes

Good ecosystem, many extra and co curricular activities like utsav, cultural exposure,inter and intra sports activities,annual college fest where we can show our various talent like science models, marketing skills etc good teaching
I don't think it is too good , only 5 to 10 percent get placement opportunities that too they are mostly employed into college
Good infrastructure which has a legacy of 150 years

Dislikes

Too much strict on wearing physical id cards though we have digital ones
Some lectures need to be trained how to teach
Basically the tech skills of teachers is very weak

Placement Experience:

Mostly after second year In the 3 Rd year placement opportunities are available. As I am a fresher and my ambition is to be a ca and open my own business so I don't focus more on these aspects. Therefore I don't have much knowledge

St Aloysius College is the best college

Likes

The college campus is so nice. The peace park is so amazing and clean.
The sports in this college is so good. It has the great record in sports.

Dislikes

That the professional course are starting at 7.00 am and it's so sleepy in the morning.

This course is the 3rd toughest exam in india.the teaching methods are very highly skilled workers. In our college the skilled CA lecture are coming to teach the course.in our college the kvc academy is incharge of our course
