Fees and Financial Aid:

In our college we paid a few 335000 for the first year and the fees increased to 509000 for the next three years and there are scholarships like AICTE for people who apply counseling via AICTE and there are scholarships for people who jave achieved under 50 rank in the MET exam .There will be no extra compulsory fees need to be paid but there will other stuff like gym and etc which are optional for the students.The hostels are also neat and clean overall i would say that I'm satisfied for the fee I'm paying.The faculty is also really friendly and teaches very good .

ICAS, MAHE college experience review

The year wise fee structure for ICAS is Rs 450000 ,i think it is pretty reasonable as the college provides multiple facilities and top tier education. ICAS is an transfer programme college in which you get to complete your engineering degree in 4 years where two years would be done in manipal (INDIA) and the next two years could be done abroad in any university of ur choice. ICAS has tie up with many of the top tier universities in the US, Australia, and most parts of Europe. So the financial part of going abroad is actually reduced by a large sum. Icas also provides scholarship for those students who have a decent gpa of above 2.6 by the end of their 2 years in Manipal.

The fee structure for everyone (other than exeptions) is 3 lakh ish in the first year and 5 lakh ish from the second year. The drastic increase in the fee from first to second year is something to be worried. There are a lot of scholorships lie for top students of a course, and a scholorship called konkani smtg

MIT Bengaluru - All You Need to Know

Likes

Peer groups are amazing at the college. They also conduct many fests and events during the college years which is great. Alongside this they've also balanced the academics well with regular tests and exams.

Dislikes

Exams conducted are on the tougher side. Also, barely any gap between exams and before exams.

Fees for my batch is around 5.1L per year for 3 years while for first year it's 3.5L. You can expect a spike of at least 40k for the upcoming batches. Hostel fees is seperate and needs to be paid at the same time. That will cost you around 1.8-2.6L depending on what hostel you choose. Adding to this there's a sports complex too for which you need to pay 15k annually to avail all facilities. Scholarship is provided based on your rank in MET. If you have a very good rank (<100) you can get scholarship. To avail it for the remaining 3 years, you'll need to maintain at least 8.5 cgpa. All in all, it's a very expensive college to join.

MIT Bengaluru in a nutshell

The course is very expensive at 17,00,000 for 4 years considering the fact that this a new college but there are a few government and university scholarships you can avail of and reduce the costs. There is no campus employment but you can freelance and make stuff like the library website and so on and the university will pay you for it.

Scholarships are available based on the performance of the student in the entrance exam. Total tuition fee is around 19 lakhs and of you are in hostel it will take it up to 8 lakhs for four years of your degree.

The fee is high here as it is a private college it's around 19 lakhs and if you opt in for hostel the basic triple room will cost you around 2 lakh per year. Students get scholarship based on their performance in the met exam

The feee is very expensive here its around 9 19 lakhs and including hostel if you take the most basic triple sharing it will go upto 2 lakhs per year making the total fee to around 27 lakhs for the whole course
