VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Campus placement for our batch started from 3rd sem. 1 company has visited that is LSEG. The company avg package of 5LPA. The results of the interview process is still not been announced. My plan is to get placed in a good company soon after completing my mba.

We have good placement opportunities here Many top companies come here . Many startups also come they provide intership opportunities. They give more opportunities to attend the placements.over all placement is excellent

course is very good because it computer science with specialization of AI and ML, but we should have to focus on college stuffs as well as coding stuffs too, by that we can definitely able to get big company like google, Microsoft ect, we should not only depend on university syllabus

Since ai is booming I think aiml is the best course for upcoming years more focus of artificial intelligence and machine learning will help me in future the exams are not that difficult it's easy to pass

* From 7th semester onwards , students starts giving interviews. * Companies like Infosys, LNT , Goldman sachs visited the college in my time. * Highest package was 7 LPA and minimum package was 3 LPA. * 35 percent of students placed from my batch. * My plans after getting the degree was to solve my finance and living standard issue.

I opted to this course because i have interest in ethical hacking. As i mentioned previously i was through KCET and i belive that i had a luck to get allotted in this college. The faculty members of our department are so friendly, approachable and also work hard to develop us to the real world industries. The internals are held monthly.

*positive/ why i chose the course :the curriculum included a balkance of theory and practical learning (core enginnering seciens +department - specific labs ) *exposoure to project internships and industry training in the later semesters influecned my decision.

Placements are major concern for most students, and here's my honest take on how it works for Civil Engineering students at RNSIT At RNSIT, students usually become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester (i.e., the final year of the course). Some early shortlisting rounds or traning sessions may begin as early as the 6th semester. The college provides placements traning programs including aptitude tests, mock interviews, soft skill development,and resume building. This helps students become more confident before facing actual recruiters. For core Civil Engineering roles,placements is comparatively limited , but the college has been improving year after year. Some companies that have visited in recent years include; >Sobha developers >L&T Constructions >Shapoorji Pallonji >Prestige Group >JMC Projects >TCE (Tata Consulting Engineers) In addition to core companies, many civil students also appear for IT companies and non-core roles , such as; > Infosys >TCS >Wipro >Campgemini >Cognizant >DXC Technology This flexibility is big plus,especially for those who are open to exploring software or management roles.

At BMSIT, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. A good number of companies visit the campus every year, including Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Cisco, Amazon, and Dell, among others. The highest package in recent years has gone above ?30 LPA, while the average package usually stays around ?6–7 LPA for CSE students. Around 80% of students get placed, mostly in roles like software development, web development, data science, and AI/ML engineering. Personally, after completing my degree, I plan to sit for campus placements and aim for a role in software development. I also want to continue upskilling in advanced areas like full-stack and AI to grow my career further.

The VTU syllabus was bit difficult to crack, but the course we good , it was a fun studing the syllabus, but the syllabus was not related to the placement, we struggle a lot to get placed in the final year
