Talking about my university, faculties are the best , they are very friendly , accademically its good ,
Every year tuition fee increase due to the course value and all the scholarships are available at oru university best college to join for medical field courses and all other course are available at our university
The college campus is very clean very good herbal garden good opd setups and good number of patients

Dislikes

Some times the hostel food in college is very bad to eat
Programs are very less in this college and this is one of the worst thing in this college
There is no much leave here so it was difficult to go hometown.i dont like it.

I liked the facilities offered by the college to the students such as computer labs, great canteen facility, separate prayer rooms for both girls and boys, water coolers in every hallways, well-equipped labs and libraries.
The different community services conducted by the college. Various clubs and events tht promote overall development of the students.
A multi cultural environment with students from various backgrounds. The college also gives us a serene campus environment conductive for learning

Dislikes

The lack of counsellors in the campus. The Student welfare officers are considered the councillors in the campus which the students are not comfortable with to open about their problems.
The college provides school level education. There are no opportunities are training for the students to develop as professionals in their desired fields.

I liked the teaching faculty the best.i assume they do have some of the best teachers out there.
I like how they are adapting to digital aspect of teaching field and they have their digital portal for attendance, fees and notes too.
They have one of the best management when is comes to the extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

I disliked the hostel food.may be it is because i have from from different place but i dont like the food over.
I dont like how we have to travel daily up and down for 15-20 mins in bus from hostel to college and back again.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So the curriculum goes like 3 professions of 1.5 year and 9 terms and after that we have 1 year of internship. So in this time periods we have a lots of exam. We have a periods assessment every 2 month. Then we have a internal exam which is once in a six month. Then we have a preparatory exam just on month before the final exam. Then we have the final exam. So in 1 year we have 9 periodic assessment,2 internal exam,1 preparatory exam and 1 university exam. We have back log system which means if you fail in more than 3 subject in university exam then you have to write supplimentory exam and along with that now you have got 6 months of back log you course is now extended by default.if you fail in 1 or 2 subject then only supplimentory exam and no back log.

Yenepoya College Review

Likes

The interaction with teachers and staffs are good.
The way of teaching is also good but not so great.
The management became more efficient from time to time.

Dislikes

No campus space inthe specific location campus for social interactions.
Infrastructure is not so great because it feels congested.
Placement cell is poor because the college gave job opportunities which has nothing to do with the course.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements only started during the last semester. The one company which came for campus interview was a company called GLOWTOUCH Industries. The package the offered was 15k per month for an internship type job. Only a few students got the placement.

Good academic learning experience interns of teaching
Giving some importance to extracurricular activities
Maintaining abtight schedule and strictly imposing it is excellent in our college

Should prioritise on sports i,e extracurricular activities much

It was my dream to become a doctor and serve nation The curriculum teaches everything what an MBBS doctor needs which is best in our clg It exceptional in our college Moderate level of difficulty Class tests are taken twice in a month and internals every 3 months

This campus is pretty large and i liked the collage facilities
the admission process of this collage is very simple once you booked the admission the seat should be yours
the toilets and computer labs in this collage i love the most. because of good higine

the campus is located little far from the highway
the campus is located far frtom railway station that i didnt liked
the behaviour of some faculties i didnt liked

This course is 3 year degree programme with Artificial intelligence cloud computing and devops.it is divided into 6 semesters. each semester contains 6 months.each semester have sem exam as well as 2 internal examinations. the cpourse curriculam is best for future.course is designed with latest technology integration

I choose this course through a family tie as of how a member in my family had tl undergo dialysis over a period of time due to ckd , have understood the needs the kidney patient requires and the help and care they need from a trained professional. The course is overall very good with a high scope

The engagement with campus life is suberb cool and the social interactions was very nice.
There were no problems in learning facilities. This course in this university helps to my career.
Yenepoya does not tolerate ragging of any sort.

Dislikes

They are strict about uniformity and attendance.
I felt the fees is littlebit high for the hostel and university.

Placement Experience:

After second semester there was placement for the students more than 100 plus people. After my degree i have planed about masters msc Clinical psychology and i would like to get doctrate in Clinical psychologist.

College Syallabus - The Syallabus is easy to understand and study . Academic pressure is there but i think its comparatively low than other colleges
Timings and Facilities- College timing is way more like other college itself and sometimes afternoon classes will not be there which is an advantage
No need of books - all portions are taken using presentations but you have to need a notebook for every subject but referring and learning from textbook is independent choice

Dislikes

Exam Schedules - The most irritating part is the exams are placed nearly in such way that both internals in a month and after a week of 2 internal there comes semester examination
Fee structure- Fees are comparatively high here and facilities are not upto the mark
Holidays & Public Holidays - Holidays rate is low here as compared to other colleges, classes are there on saturdays expt 3 sat and public / government holidays are not considered here

Course curriculum is easy at the starting and it rises its level of difficulty by going year by year. Its not that difficult to learn but you must study during exams . Curriculum should be taken according to time last minute portion completion should be acoided

The course has been recently introduced to the college so there is a hight chance for fudture developments in the course and its on progress
It is a deemed to be university and we get all amenities of a deemed to be university here
The hostel and facilities are upto the mark

As its new there are some sectors which should be improved more
Sometimes there is a lack of systematic approach to things

Teaching and learning is great with exposure to patients, ppt teching available, more focus towards practical knowledge
Campus is beautiful, lavish greenery, cool climate with fountain, huge library, soccer ground, gym, hostels and indoor sports auditorium
Classrooms are having air conditioners, proper desks, speakers n mic system

Dislikes

Hostel Mess food somewhat okay. Many complaints happened in past, but now it's all fine
Water scarcity happens in summer season. Due to which water quality degardes a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

College have laboratory for each necessary department which exposes us for practicals. Making us perform things manually. Also they focus on making and completion of notes. Each dept focuses on notes completion for each student so that later it helps them in studies, exams, practicals etc. We have 4 exams per year... First 3 are internals , that which occurs in college as practice papers. 4th exam that is our final exam occurs at the end of the year .
