IIST Trivandrum GATE 2025 Cutoff : Check Category-wise and Round-wise Cutoff

The GATE 2025 cutoff for IIST for M.Tech and M.Sc admission ranges from 597 to 355 for the General category. For the M.Tech Geoinformatics program, the Round 1 cutoff score is 597, and the last round cutoff is 483. The Round 1 cutoff for M.Tech Quantum Technology is 549, with a last round admission score of 436.
