A good campus

Likes

The social interactions and extracurricular activities
The academics and teachers are good and very kind

Dislikes

There is lack of career based activities
Partiality of teachers and lack of permanent staffs

Placement Experience:

After the 10th semester that means end of the course we got placements in different law firms. Choosing students on the basis of their academic level and also the ranking. After this degree I'm going to write exams like judicial service and other law firms

College atmosphere is really nice and nature friendly
Nice faculties and good infrastructure.cool clinate
It is a ragging free campus and has a dedicated sports complex

Dislikes

College has poor infrastructure compared to other collges
Less accessiblity to reach the town and less transport facilities
The college ground is small and less importance for sports

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course curriculum is student friendly.our curriculum includes python programming language for all btech departments.Exams are conducted in a conjested way that makes students really difficult to prepare for the exams

I liked college college Atmosphere. College is situated in hill top. College faculties are super . They are very friendly towards students. They helps us in personal problems and others. It is stress free campus. We can enjoy college life .
College is situated in wayanad which is known for environmental beauty. Most of the time fog will cover the college. It is very cold around the college.
There are private hostels for who didn't get admission in college hostel . There are many private hostels around here . Hostel fee range is around 5000. Some hostels are very expensive

Dislikes

Most of the time college is in fog . It is too much cold . It is hard to study in such climate. Those who suffering from cold this college Atmosphere is bad option.
College is under ktu which is known as very bad University. Semester s are only about 3months. It is tough to study who modules in such a short time . Every student suffer stress from this
Office faculties are very bad . They are rude to students. Their attitude is like they are the owner of this college . I had a bad experience from them many times

Placement Experience:

College has placement average placement pack is around 5lpa . One student got 12 lpa package from a company in previous year. But compared to good engineering college placement is low . Some branch has high placement package . But others are less or no placement

Liked the campus - showing beauty of wayanad, the way it's linked to nature, mornings covered with fog, surrounded by tea plantations.quiet area with no noise pollution.
Anti ragging campus. Seniors are very friendly and helpful.
Good and expert faculties guiding us. Supportive

Dislikes

Old building blocks. Infrastructure is average
Laboratory machines are old, College ground and gym are not so good
Less access around the college. Shops are a few around college

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement ratio is comparatively low and accounts about 10% . Employability is comparatively low but if you have got the skill, then you'll be placed. About 5-8 companies enquires for campus Placement every year.the highest placement in mechanical engineering last was a 12 lpa package placed in UAE.

My Experience at SSITS

Likes

Faculties are most knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring
Infrastructure is quite good but need to improve
The effectiveness of placement services are provided and they have a placement cell

Course Curriculum Overview:

LooBcom is a ug course for commerce students here the course curriculum includes every aspects of commerce which an undergraduate should known. Mainly there are many topics in commerce while the base have been provided in this curriculum. Economics,Tax,Law etc..are the key subjects for a commerce graduate.

The Campus setting was very aesthetic and had a pleasant atmosphere far from any external disturbance. The Girls to Boys ratio was about 4 : 2
The faculty of the department were Friendly and Jovial
The Campus had an ease of access and the place was not strict

Dislikes

Shops and places of interest were very less in a 2 kilometre radius
The absence of a proper place to conduct sports events and other leisurely activities
While the atmosphere was pleasant, the campus doesn't boast huge premises

The curriculum is well established and contains subject matters which are in par with current affairs and cover topics which have an impact on the current political and literary scenario. Exams are generally held in a gap of 4 to 5 months which gives well enough time to study and prepare

Likes

The college have good library facilities. Every book we need to refer are in our college library.
There are many student clubs are in our college. So becoming a part of this societies help to improve us.
Teacher student bonds are super. We can doubt clearance sessions, question paper discussion sessions.

Dislikes

Over all infrastructure of college is note much good.
Placement opportunity is minimum.only less students are placed after b tech
College is not promoting internship opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided in the college. But only less placements are occur. In my department out of 75 students only upto 30 are placed through campus placement. But good companys are coming for placement.
