The festivals that are conducted by our college are really amazing we played and enjoyed a lot.
The professors are well qualified and are very helpful and friendly towards students.
There has to be a clear and good admission process.

Dislikes

Infrastructure, this college is only having limited games and all for 4yrs we will get bored over here
The faculty do provide a better educational system but the way they teach the students lack effectiveness.
Term exams are conducted every 6 months it is a little bit difficult to pass.

An account ony experience at Mar ivanios college

Likes

I like the enter campus and IT infrastructure which was in eco friendly and which led to the exploration of many inborn talents with the help of faculty member
Children interested in sports also has various opportunities as the college union mainly provides different sports fest including basketball and cricket football volleyball etc
The overall management of the campus premises is also well maintained.

Dislikes

The college should have more maintained availability of drinking water and medicine facilities
The college bus should be aware of the natural number of children day can board in a day
College should take serious not in taking action against teachers who mentally might have tortured students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose communicative English over I can do a post graduation in any of the courses like English literature lesson and mass communication history extra. Community in English as many a real life skill development courses like copy editing humanity life skill etc.

My experience in this college.

Likes

The college is very nature friendly and peaceful.
The faculties are very nice and teaches in a good and understandable way.
Lab facilities are good and maintained very well.

Dislikes

As the college is in a remote location the travel is a bit hassle for students coming from distant places.
Sometimes the programs conducting are cancelled half way through.
The infrastructure is a little bit outdated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like biotechnology and that's why i opted ths course.The course is double main, so it has it's own difficulty level.The teaching methods is very good and very easy to understand.We are learning to culture microbes.There are two semester exams per year and there is six semesters in total.The exam is pretty much difficult.

After semester 6 placements are available and starts during the period of the course. My plan after degree is to go for higher studies. Highest initial salary offered according to my memory is 35,000/-.

Likes

Good atmosphere, and the building and infrastructure facilities
Very good library contains so many books articles and journals
All classroom are ict based, projectors and all other facilities

Dislikes

No proper toilet available for girls because huge number of students were studied
Some time no proper water available in lab
Canteen is very short because so huge students are studied

Curriculum evaluation is a critical component of the curriculum development process. Curriculum is very important to the collage for to developed the academic development. To improve the teaching method. That is the lecture method wiil be avoid and use more audiovisuals to improve the teaching and learning of students. 6 month gap wiil in each semester for exam.

Likes

The college ambience and aesthetic view are really good
The freedom of the students is realy good .
Students can do whatever they want and make a good career

Dislikes

The teachers behaviour to the students is not at good

I choose the course because I like it so much .The curriculum make me how to choose a course . Course circulum should in every aspects. Teaching also want improvise in timing and teaching behaviour. Timing of exam is difficult because can't study enough for it.

After graduation,due to the curiosity in this Botany field,I wish to do my post graduation.For that I chose the institute Sree Narayana College Kollam.The faculties prepare us by conducting seminars, workshop on various topics.The improvement that we need was the Internship process for getting more information.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The environment conservation and study of different plants is influenced me. The teaching method should be improved teachers must be friendly with students and the digital sources should be make more effective. The teaching system is based on semester system so exams are coming every six months so exams are difficult.

From s5 onward you are eligible for placements. There is a exclusive cell for placements. There would provide training for placement. Highest package would 6 lakh. Percentage of student for getting placements would 60?

Good college

Likes

I liked the college faculty there. There are very sincere and passionate to their job and students
The NCC unit and NSS unit works so effectively

Dislikes

The college campus is not a attractive environment.
There are less trees in the college. So it is very hot and intense sunlight in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a better perspective and a detailed understanding of the subject. The faculty is very sincere and makes a lot of effort to teach and provide support to students. According to me, one drawback of the curriculum is the less saturation of practical applications and career opportunities in the course.

My Experience.

Likes

I liked the environment and surroundings , classrooms, ground,etc. l liked my classroom.
I enjoyed my campus life.my friends gives an unforgettable memories..
My teachers are very responsible and friendly. Their teaching methods are superb. So I liked the course very much.

Dislikes

Officer's are not responsible. They didn't announce any important notices related to scholarships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to choose this course because of my mark in plus 2 and my interest in studying botany. I like the teaching methods but there is no extra time for the complete reverse of topics. Sometimes we didn't have any classes. But our university held the exams at the correct time without any interval.
