The curriculum is vast and it relies more on theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge. The course should be improved enough to provide a better learning atmosphere to students. Exams occur every 2 months and is quite difficult

The main reason for opting this course is its scope and high value in abroad. For academy it is much more difficult than i expected you should think urself before opting for this course because it will badly effect ur mental health and also hairfall???? throuhh clinical posting we will get improvement when we get to see real patients and treating them will helpful for us to understand the need of a nurse yes it is a good job for serving people . For passimg out theories it is difficult but for practicals it is simple in our university it is semester wise that we have exam in every 6months.

I chose BAMS without even knowing anything about it. At first, I didn't want to take this course as I knew nothing about it. There was a 15day orientation programme at the beginning of the course where all the faculties interacted with the freshers and gave us an idea about the college and course after which I started to like the course. Now I am doing final year and I really love BAMS. It is much better than Modern medicine as many diseases can be cured without surgery. I have seen many patients who got admitted to our hospital because they didnt want to undergo surgery and took ayurvedic medicine and got much better relief. One thing I am worried about is the life after completion of the course. It is hard to get a good salary immediately after BAMS.

This curriculum and this course is one with lot of opportunities and it is still developing and growing. Many wide opportunities are there especially in foreign countries and abroad. The method of teaching should be improved. Accurate notes and textbooks should be provided.

Soevific asoects of the curriculum that influenced me to decide doing Pharmd program is, in our country there is lot of prescribing errors and dispensing errors making patient life more danger. In my point of view. PharmD is an bridge between Prescriber and patient. The pharmd curriculum established by india(PCI) is not good. Because it is almost same as Bpharm curriculum. The areas for improving the course curriculum and teaching methods are to include subjects like general medicine, General Prescribing guidelines to make the pharmd as prescribing doctors and to enhance the deep into the medicine.

The course is actually a good one with variety of opportunities but the hard part would obviously be learning Sanskrit slokas which for people like me with no previous experience in Sanskrit is tough at the start but I believe it can be reduced gradually

The academics are well scheduled here. The class strength is of 250 students. There are a lot of faculties to help you with the academics. The HOD of the aubject coordinates the academics of that subject. Internal exams are conducted regularly.

The course and curriculum is generally comprehensive and well structured closely aligning with the guidlinyset by the medical council of india it covers all essential including foundational subjects like anatomy physiology and biochemistry

I choosed this course due to job opportunity worldwide and the importance of this sector in the health department which is all time essential in the world. The college facilitys should be improved and moved into the latest technologys. Exams are conducted twice a year

The curriculum of our academics is most similar to that of MBBS system. First year - Anatomy, physiology, pharmacy Second year- Organon, Materia medica, Pathology, microbiology, Forensic Third year- organon, materia medica, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology From second year onwards clinical postings are there which includes our hospital posting, 10 days postmartem posting under forensic department, 1 month surgery and obg posting, 1 week general hospital posting. OSCE system is now practiced. The frequency and timings of examinations are proper. But we have 1 and half year duration in final year which creates a lag in conducting examinations and there is a lot to study.
