Yeah it's very good for class room is great and lab is workable we have onam programs and xmas, arts day, sports day, youth festival, freshers day its good there is two clubs nss and nature club and good friends
The attitude of the teachers were very rude but their way of teaching is very nice and we can easily score good marks in the exams.
The college have job placements in channels like asianet, and have some institutes like brilliant, also the channel karikku.we have internships at newschannels and other institutes and may get permanent jobs if they like our work.

Dislikes

Facilities are very bad theory is no very good infrastructure facilities provided
The distance from hostel to department is too large and its so difficult to walk
It's a very poor system that's made to waste the time of students as they cram everything from practicals and theory, leaving no space for real life applications .

Likes

Whole Management is very cooperative than any other college
Canteen has got lovely meals and food , snacks, cold drinks etc
Teachers are all well behaved, cooperative ,kind teachers . They explain well to us .

Dislikes

We were not supposed to bunk the classes teachers are too strict and particular about it.
Teachers are very particular if there is full attendance in their class

The faculty's expertise, teaching methods and mentorship quality

My life at Maharajas College

Likes

The college has a breathtaking historic beauty.
Many legendary persons, from writers to actors, were an alumni here.
The college atmosphere has place for freedom and fun.

Dislikes

Toilet facilities are very bad. Strict action is required
The college lacks proper drainage infrastructure.
Waste management is worse. College authorities must find solutions to this problem.

The curriculum offers a vast scope in Chemistry, like in food, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, researches, etc. The curriculum is well planned and student-friendly. The curriculum prepares you to pursue higher studies and jobs

I get lot of good friends here and they make my life very good
The ambience of college is very nice and beautiful
The faculties here are very much cooperative

Dislikes

The waste management system of college is bad
The coolers here is not working well and not clean
Some of the toilet and facilities here is poor

Campus has aesthetic beauty due to the fact that it was built during the British-era
Campus life is full of freedom and enjoyment, and lot of activities to do.
Many great personalities studied and had left a legacy untouched.

Dislikes

Waste management is poor. Require proper waste management techniques
Toilet conditions are bad. Some water coolers are not working
Some faculty members are irresponsible as some don't take classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum difficulty increases each year. Curriculum has dynamic scopes in food, medicines, researches, etc. Theory and internals, practical are divided into 50-50 marks. Timings of exams are reasonable. The only thing to be improved is the curriculum's practical side

The Life At Maharaja's College

The campus is lively and full of greenary. It is filled with plants and trees and provides a refreshing environment.
The Campus also offers a wide variety of courses
The campus has also a great legacy as it was established 150 years ago and many great personalities has also studied there

Dislikes

The waste management in the campus is very poor
The drainage system also lacks proper maintainance and hygiene
Some of the toilets are also highly untidy.

The course curriculum and the syllabus are well up to date. Most of the topics that they teach us highly relevant in today's world. Along with theory classes they also provides practical lessons which gives students more exposure to real world situations.

Clubs and organization .. Events and activities such as concerts, lectures and cultural celebration ..Volunteer opportunities and campus tradition like unique events,rituals that foster school spirits and community
Libraries and study spaces I just loved it it is so comfort and resources of libraries and study ares., quality and accessibility of gyms,sports fields and other recreational spaces

Dislikes

Some time water issue which make it is irritate
In one subject 3 and more faculty is there
Too much sports events which some time make it difficult

I love the teaching method they use the PPT and other material and also virtual video which help us lot and also demonstration in hospital and way of teaching style I just love it and also clear the doubt and in the exam duration prepare and revision always take and repeat question in old question paper that also prepare it

Sacred Heart through the mind of a Heartian.

Likes

The balance of art and academics. We are given a lot of opportunities to pursue our extra curriculums.
We are provided with a lot of semiars and workshops by different respected people of our various careers as part of our academics.
The campus is lively and, welcoming. We are provided with a lot of facilities like a vending machine, unisex toilets and places to relax.

Dislikes

The college dresscode which discriminates our right to wear whatever we want.
The entry to college is different each morning. We are required to enter throught the small gate even when it is not necessary
The classes are of different sizes even though we are all studying the UG courses.

? I chose chemistry because of the versatility of thge subject. ? There are differet branches of chemistry I can get into. ? We are given a good lab and research opportunities for encountering them in the outside world. ? The exams are well timed, and they are easy to tackle if we are prepared well.
