Yeah it's very good for class room is great and lab is workable we have onam programs and xmas, arts day, sports day, youth festival, freshers day its good there is two clubs nss and nature club and good friends
The attitude of the teachers were very rude but their way of teaching is very nice and we can easily score good marks in the exams.
The college have job placements in channels like asianet, and have some institutes like brilliant, also the channel karikku.we have internships at newschannels and other institutes and may get permanent jobs if they like our work.

Dislikes

Facilities are very bad theory is no very good infrastructure facilities provided
The distance from hostel to department is too large and its so difficult to walk
It's a very poor system that's made to waste the time of students as they cram everything from practicals and theory, leaving no space for real life applications .

Scms Shaping the future of students

The faculty is the college is very supportive . Whenever we inquire any problem they are right by our side and guide as so much
The department conducts various add on courses during each year which really helps us to get updated on the current trends .rather than studying what is there in the syllabus they focus on updating us with the latest technology as well
Various talks and programmes as organised in the college to bridge the gap between what company wants and what skills we as a student lacks .Talks are conducted by various professional who are currently in a reputed position at various companies

Dislikes

Comparing with other colleges , our college is focused only on academic side ,even thought they conduct activities participating in the activities is only motivated by some .It is more of a academic motivated campus .
The fees is more compared to others as well for each programs conducted by college we had to pay extra money
They campus is very less and is very strict as well .We are trained to be in a professional manner which is a very good thing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The IMCA curriculum has pros and cons .The updated syllabus is quite good we have papers like AI , data science which is the overall trend now but it may change .it also has may courses which is of no current relevance now as it has been replaced so in a nutsell it is a mix of new technology as well as unwanted old technology papers as well

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I chose is mainly have international business subject that I am interested. Even though there should be more effective training are needed to explore more in a particular area. The frequency of course is 2 years and contains 4 semesters.

A memorable journey of 3 years

Likes

The teachers were exceptionally good in their field of teaching.
Extra curricular activities were there which were very engaging for the students.
The cultural and other programmes conducted by the college were very good in my opinion.

Dislikes

The college were some what of stricter compared to other similar colleges.
Mobile phones were restricted in the campus and its storage means provided by the college were very poor and unsafe.
Students vehicle parking area is very conjusted due to the sharing of parking space by the hotel so called college canteen customers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion in certain times the time gap between the conduction of exams seems to be very less as we were only getting a few days to spend sitting and learning within the four walls of the class.

The campus is very neet and the faculties are well qualified.
The staffs, securities, people at canteen, everyone is very friendly
Always provide good placements and internship oppertunities

Dislikes

There are not providing freshers day to first year students.
Core placements are low for civil and mechanical departments.
Collage events are rare and no night life at collage

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are satisfying. Companies like amazon, accenture, nissan, tcs etc visits the campus. The highest package offered was 33LPA and average will be 4.5 LPA. About 65% Of students will get core placements. After degree i am planning to do my masters.

One of the standout features of Maharajas College, Ernakulam, is the quality of education and the exceptional faculty. My professors are not only experts in their fields but also approachable and supportive.
Campus life at Maharajas is always buzzing with activities and events. From cultural festivals to academic seminars, there’s always something exciting happening.
The library at Maharajas College is a haven for students like me. With its extensive collection of books across various subjects, it’s the perfect place to study or unwind with a good read.

Dislikes

One major concern is the waste management system, which often falls short of maintaining a clean and sustainable campus. Improved waste disposal and recycling options are necessary to enhance the overall cleanliness and environment.
While the college has a rich history, some facilities need upgrades. Certain classrooms and common areas could benefit from better maintenance and modern amenities to enhance the learning experience for students.
While student engagement in politics is important, sometimes it can feel overwhelming or even excessive. There are moments when political discussions and activities go beyond healthy debate, creating tension among students.

Placement Experience:

3rd year students are eligible for placements. Since our new syllabus is 4 year degree, we have an opportunity to work in any company in India. My plan after degree is to do post graduation and work at a publishing company

Short summary of my college

Likes

I like the faculty and facilities in the college
Have big library and a huge collection of books
Eco friendly green campus with with a goof naac score

Dislikes

75% attendance is compulsory and if you are 2minute late you will loose hald day attendance
The amount of time talk to walk to the class
Have to walk some way to reach the bus stop

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are pretty easy but you don't get much t time to prepare before the exams but exams are marks so it is pretty easy to cover or portions will be be short or easier or teachers will help us to prepare

Extra curricular activities are widely available and recommended by the management and teachers.
Peaceful atmosphere of the college is relaxing.
Teachers are extremely friendly and supportive in all aspects.

Dislikes

The sports ground is full of bumbs and grass.
Extremely warm weather and warm conditions especially on the top floor.
Small compound compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The management support and supportive attitude of the staffs is very good. Curriculum provides good guidance and interships and placements. We are provided enough time gaps between each exams. There are 2 internal exams before each sem exams. There are total 6 sem exams.

I don’t hate the college i hate the people here

I liked my college infrastructure and course build.
There were lots of curriculum activities in our college.
The library and playground is good and peaceful.

Dislikes

Language was the first barrier , less people to talk to
People are little mean as i was from outside
I felt like an outsider from past year and thought of leaving the course

College provide clean drinking water . Coller in every block
College maintain clean and hygienic plastic banned campus
Drugs banned campus and politics also banned. Nss. Ncc. Help to students overall growth

Lack of programs. Poor ivents and celebrations
Parliamentary election system it's not for college presidential election system more better than parliamentery system
Over displine because of management a boy and can't hang out in college long time everyone must get out of college after 6 pm

College provide placement but not for everyone only got 60% above can attend interview only economics Max BCom students have opportunity of banks in PG students have 100000 something monthly salary in UG students as 50000 thousand something salary
