They have good teaching skills and exam guidance and suggestions are very good
Festival celebrations are awesome and we enjoy it to the extreme level.
There not much of an increase in fee as far as i know and there are so many scholarship and aids from government and non government parties.

Dislikes

The delay of semester exams and second semester is very fastly going on
My college principle is a very bad character no programs very bad colleg but university college is a campus and programs
Examination are alredy disliked and students are some getting tired by writing exams and all this was unlocked by the students of every colleges

If you study the you will Graduate in 90 percentage like not other college teachers, teaching students, very well And I think to improve the teaching using the Mic to attract the students, they can her any way Teachers are very friendly with students

Dislikes

if I college campus, you can’t use your mobile in the campus it’s strictly prohibited in college and lack of programmes in our time, and lack of ground to play students A small space ground. Students don’t even park their vehicles Because the parking
The parking area is too small The management not providing any support to Sports

I choose a course because I studied in plus one +2 is computer science. I want to continue in that field. That's why I decide to study BCA. The curriculum is so bad the students, even not want same studeid carriculam in their life

The hostel and friends, the surroundings the food etc.
The mess is cleaned every day, the food is also good to have.

The rules and regulations that is given by our management
The lagging of notifications from our college or groups

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love to learn english, about the authors and i liked to be a english professor at first, the curriculam is preparing us to be a profdessionals in english literature l, but the teaching method is difficult for some students to catchup. The teaching methods should be easy for students to make it easy, also we need experianced teachers for our lectures. For some exams 2 and half hours is not enough or for some exams its a lot of time, we need to get a break if necessary for students during exams.

Good facilities also the college is one of the best college in the state and also topic in the university
It's autonomous also the college have its own authority to take decisions

Dislikes

Fees and Financial Aid:

As for odd semester the fees is around 15000 and for even semesters it is around 10000 , the fees may vary according to courses as for some course like BCA it's about 20000+, my fees is because it is of self financing block.

Interactions with the students. Great friends and companions.
The hostel facilities. The hostel has the best facilities which can be rated a five star.
Campus life is good. Lots of participation qualities, social interactions, living in the hostel also improved the college life.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure. The college doesnt even have a own ground. No enough space for classes, rooms.
No priority for sports. The college doesnt support sports and invest in any sports related things
Very religious and strict. The college is a muslim college thus have many limitations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in business thus decided to choose BBA. The curriculum prepares me pretty much good for the applications or further academic pursuits. There are no practicals or any experience based teaching. I wish that to be improved. Teachers should try various methods or ideas to teach. Exams does not comes frequently. It is difficult to study because there are no study leaves between the subjects for semester exams. The university doesn't provide any study leaves.

The environment and nature of the college
Teachers are really helpfull and responsive
College gives necessary helps for the students

Dislikes

On campus Placements are less after covid
Need more infrastructure and facilities.
Govt transportation facilities should be provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my POV what curriculum says is not exactly what we does for our future jobs. It's just basic and our course does not provide any practical experience on construction. We have labs of only small things which is of basic levels. Timing of each sem exam is 3 hrs and of 100 marks paper

Life at GECP

Likes

This college provides a peaceful atmosphere and it is not in town hence pollution is much lower
Teacher are so supportive and most of them are completed their phd.
We have a active placement cell in our department and from 7 th sem onwards companies starts hiring.

Dislikes

As I mentioned this college is not in town, therefore private bus is not frequently available. So we have to take autorickshaw fron Sreekrishnapuram to mannampatta , it cost 70 rs.
There is no auditorium for our college.The main programs are conducted in the stage.
There is no enough college hostel rooms. Majority have to stay in private hostels.

There is an active placement cell in our department. Majority companies are it based and per year 150 plus placements are there . In this year a company named teachnook hired 62 students from our college.companies like cognizant, l&t, tcs, mitsogo etc are conducting their hiring.

GEC PALAKKAD: A Student’s View

Likes

the fee structure is affordable making quality education accessible to all.
The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive ensuring a good balance of theory and practical learning
Multiple scholarship options provide financial assistance to deserving students

Dislikes

Infrastructure could be improved especially the lab facilities and classrooms.
Placement opportunities are limited, and the college could enhance its connections
Extracurricular activities needed to be conducted more that would enrich campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant rated 5/10 focusing on core subjects like circuits and networks, power systems and renewable energy. Internal and end semester exams are moderately challenging. And practical exams are conducted separately.

A memory of joyful college life

Likes

College atmosphere we have seperate electrical department with labs and project lab and study area .
Our hod is vere truthful and very helpful to our career growth
Our college include lot of placement oppertunity

Dislikes

Core subjects we have less placement drive
In the case of final year students classes are less
Main block we have lack infrastructure and civil department block

In the 6 th sem we eligible for placements but less no of core companyies are hired students.software field lot of placements are done .wipro ,l &T ,tcs , amazon and etc are visited and hired students.50% students are placed.i planned to crack gate exam and psc for assistant engineer in kseb ,and get placements from core to company

College atmosphere is very peaceful. Students have oppertunity for improving their skills

There are a lot of street dogs in our college compound

Students become eligible for campus placements from seventh semester. Different core companies as well as information technology companies offer campus placements to the college.A whole lot of students gets placed before leaving the college

I liked the behavior of seniors there is no ragging
The campus and the infrastructure is good than so many colleges
I engaged in some activities it is interesting for me. The Union provide so many activities

Dislikes

They must improve some facilities that provide to students
More waste in so many place in college they take necessary action to clean the campus
They don't provide career development guides.

Calicut University has worth, which is why it is still in running. Some students enter college and, after a year, succumb to depression due to personal reasons, despite having been good students in the school with over 85% marks. Nonetheless, they fail in a few semesters.

Exams are not held on time, and results are not delivered on time. Only book nerds find it easy to pass with passing grades. This university is not thought to be for the underprivileged. You simply must be patient and work extremely hard to avoid becoming trapped in such a situation. Studying one or two weeks before an exam will not help in any way.
