They have good teaching skills and exam guidance and suggestions are very good
Festival celebrations are awesome and we enjoy it to the extreme level.
There not much of an increase in fee as far as i know and there are so many scholarship and aids from government and non government parties.

Dislikes

The delay of semester exams and second semester is very fastly going on
My college principle is a very bad character no programs very bad colleg but university college is a campus and programs
Examination are alredy disliked and students are some getting tired by writing exams and all this was unlocked by the students of every colleges

My life at safi

Likes

The ambience of the college is so good.every corners are eco friendly.
Lab facility provided by college is so good.which enhances our study purpose.
Library is so diverse which has enough books for refering and other purposes.

Dislikes

hostel food is not that much good.poor quality food is provided
Programmes conducted by the union is comparatively less.

St josephs college a place to explore.

Likes

Exams are conducted upto date as per the academic calender.
Good infrastructure. Classrooms, labs are great.
Library is very good and have all types of study materials are available.

Dislikes

Canteen should have improved with much more facilities.
College hostel can be improved with good food and hygenic toilet facilities.
Drinking water can be cleaned on daily basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This two year postgraduate programme focuses on the advanced knowledge of the application of biotechnology in various fields like agriculture, healthcare, industry etc. Biotechnology utilizes biological systems, living organisms or its parts to develop or create different products and it also grabs new possibility to make changes in the organisms’ genetic material (DNA). The curriculum is a mixture of both theoretical and practical sessions that helps students learn the implementation of the subject. To encourage formation of research aptitude in students, a research project is included in the curriculum.

ST Thomas College, Thrissur - King of Placements and Academics in Kerala

Likes

Brilliant academics and timely conducted examinations are the main positives of our college.
Conduction of department wise fests, fine arts, sports are also done in every year which is very refreshing and enjoyable.
The qualification and teaching methods of kost of thr teachers are very good.

Dislikes

Lack or campus is the main negative. The college was built around 130 years ago, so its campus size is very small.
Self financing block, aided block and administrative block are in 3 different places which is separater by road. We have to go to different blocks which is around 100m away from each other.
College time is very strict, students cant stay at the cillege after 5pm. That is a very old school rule.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

Management provides good opportunities for students
High rate of placement is provided by the college

Dislikes

The fine that they implement for late fee is very bad.
Programs are comparitively less than other college
Hostel facility should be improved and the mess too

The cariculum is little challenging due to its lack of time. The only challenge faced by students are the shortage of time for the course. The students are facing difficulty in studying due to the lack of time

Farook campus life

The like the eco friendly campus at farook college.
The teachers are so interactive with students.
Provides quality education to students and for students with disabilities.

Placement Experience:

The placement are often provided by the college annually. Various top companies like wipro, tata,toyota,info park etc has recruited 80% of the students. Also provide package higher of 5,00,000 per annum.

I like the campus structure of my college and library. In the library, there are over 100000 above books are available
Office assistances and form services are very fast, reliable and convenient
The teachers are well talented and more qualified in teaching. They are not only provide lecture notes and text books. They provide many practical experiments, personalized assignments and seminars

Dislikes

The girls to boys ratio is the main thing I disliked. Because the 60% of students are girls. The reason I dislike the girls ratio is I don't have enough male friends but I have a lot of female friends in my college
The location is the second main thing I disliked. Because the college stands in a middle of the forest. Still I facing many difficulty to reach my college
The management is not involving and funding in any programs in my college,they says that to take fund yourself and make programs your self

Placement Experience:

8th semester students are eligible for 69% percent of placement. The placement percentage is not too bad. The students working after placements in large companies such as Malabar, al naja and many other companies. My plan after my graduation is to take cpa or ca.

Calicut University has worth, which is why it is still in running. Some students enter college and, after a year, succumb to depression due to personal reasons, despite having been good students in the school with over 85% marks. Nonetheless, they fail in a few semesters.

Exams are not held on time, and results are not delivered on time. Only book nerds find it easy to pass with passing grades. This university is not thought to be for the underprivileged. You simply must be patient and work extremely hard to avoid becoming trapped in such a situation. Studying one or two weeks before an exam will not help in any way.
