Likes

The qualifications of the faculties are great and faculty -to-student ratio is satisfiable.
It offers an average placement of 25 lpa but highest package of 1.95cr which is much better than many top iits.
I liked the environment of the college. it is covered in beautiful greenery

Dislikes

Academic are tough to handle and working members of campus is rude
Course curriculum is not very hectic but this course will not help you for placement and curriculum does not provide any real world application.
Even if it includes the name management but there is a lack of management

my review

Likes

you will get lots of free time and saturadays and sundays are holidays
campus night walks with friends and greenary of the campus and peaceful atmosphere
class rooms are well equiped and all faculty here are phd holders

Dislikes

some times badminton court is not sufficient for all who wanted to play
gwalior city is not that great,it lacks some of the facilities
weather is t harsh here throught the year

Placement Experience:

the recent placement statistics are 20 lakhs average package for all branches. goldman sachs, google, intuit, mercari will come every year.the highest package in 2024 is 65 lpa and perecntage of student placed is 85 percentage approx

Review about IIITM

Likes

Infrastructure is pretty good and a lush green campus. There is a Sports Complex, Open Air Theater, Bio diversity Park, Butterfly Conservatory.

Dislikes

There is compulsory 75% attendance criteria and also classes are from 9AM-6PM making it very hectic for students.

Placement Experience:

Placement are very good here. This year the highest package is 65 lpa and average package is around 22 lpa. 85% of total students were placed and 18 students got 50+ lpa package while 27 got between 30-49 lpa.

Likes

My college provides best offcampus placements at all
My college has the biggest campus among all iiits qnd its ciriculam is very light among other iiits
All the professors are PHD holders and also the campus includes quit good Sports facilities

Dislikes

The fees is quite high as per the government college requires
Some facilities like sports complex needs to be renovates and also the college doesnt have official mrechendise, also from 2023 New Education policy is applied due to which there are some time pass courses added in syllabus :(
All the high end packages like 1cr, 60 lpa ,etc are from offcampus

Placement Experience:

The placement are decent enough . But for on-campus placement there is a condition to sit in the interview that you gave atleast a cgpa of 7 other wise college will not allowed you to sit in the placements . But my college provide some good alumini connections and overall high end packages are provided in off-campus placements

IIITM GENIUNE REVIEW

Likes

I liked the greenery and area in the college.
I liked the single room provided in the hostel.
I also like the swimming pool in the college.

Dislikes

Professor does not give good grades easily.
Administration is not very supportive for students.
Fest is not held regularly, hardly 1 fest happen in a year.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement in their 9th semester of college. Also you are eligible for internship opportunity in college in your 7th semester. In 2024batch around 80 percents students are placed.

Life at ABVIIITM

Likes

I liked the environment of the college. It is covered in beautiful greenery
I also liked the hygenic maintainence of the college, you wouldn't see piled up trash anywhere in the college and in hostels too.
I personally am a sports person and sports fests in college were celebrated excitingly.

Dislikes

There is a lot to walk. Honestly, If you live in girls hostel, the only thing accessible to you is your mess and everything lies soo far from girls hostel.

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester students will be eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit like nutanix,rakuten and offer quite good package. Highest package offered on campus was by nutanix and average package will be 10LPA. About 60% students gets placed.

ABVIIITM - The BEST choice if you got 99 percentile in mains

The placement statistics of this college are very good ; even more than many IIITs, NITs and even some IITs. As evident by 2024 placement statistics ; the avg package is 21LPA overall and highest is 65LPA (domestic) with 85% placements.
Prominent Recruiters like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, D.E. Shaw, Morgan Stanley and many more ; over 100+ companies have recruited from our college.
The coding culture and tech culture of this college is very strong. Everyone from different domains studies in this college providing diversified tech bakcgrounds.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not well maintained ; could have been more better that could have increased the beauty of the campus.
The college culture and innovations are not that good. Also few important clubs like robotics club and all are not there in the college.
The faculties are not that much clear to teaching the concepts ; however few faculties are very good.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester onwards the students become eligible to sit in Campus Placements however internships are evergoing in College. Around 100+ companies have visited the college and made recruitements from the college. Big companies like Google, Meta, Adobe, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, D.E. Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Intuit, Cred, Samsung, Walmart and many more prominent recruiters are there.

I. Liked mostly single room in th hostel and gym .

Dislikes

Most dislike thing is grade provided by course instructors

Placement Experience:

For 4 year program students from 7th semester are eligible for placement. and for 5 year program 9th semester students are eligible. Companies such as DE Shaw , Nutanix visited the campus. Almost 90 percent students are placed including off campus and on campus.

IIITM Gwalior Pros and cons

Likes

Varieties of food cafe located in different location of college
Professor are very supportive in nature but they are force to take strict action due to order of dean of academic
Placement is moderate where avg student can get placed in on campus drive

Dislikes

Trees and grasses are not well managed, problem of insects and snake in institute
Very less involvement in fest. Fest are not taking seriously in this college. College is not even try to support for extra caricular activities

Placement Experience:

Placement is average as compare to IITs and top NITs with maximum placement of 65 LPA and avg of 15 LPA. Student are eligible to apply for internship in there pre final year and for placement in final year. There are total of 80 to 100 company visiting college every year and 15 to 20 company provide package of above 25 LPA. Company offer they made according to there choice it could be 1 or even 5 to 6. Placement is not so good in past 1 year due to recession. But still 80 to 90 percent of student get placed either with lower package or prefer for higher education.

It has national importance.In IIITs only 5 has national importance

There are very less fests in our college
Sports were very less in our college as usual.
These are the dislikes I have about my college

Placement percentage in our branch is 90%.Highest package is 65 lpa.Average package is 25 lpa.About 90 to 100 companies visit the campus every year. Percentage student .That is the percentage and students getting placement

The lust green campus gives postive vibes.
Sports facilitites are great. Swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court etc.

Dislikes

No NON-VEG IN MESS. FOOD QUALITY IS POOR.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college are good . The average placeemnts in the college for different batches in 2023 is as follows: 1) BCS -22.01 LAKHS 2)IMT - 24 LAKHS 3) IMG - 16.7 LAKHS. All the students are placed.

IIITM Gwalior is a reputed technological institute with decent placement record. The placements are especially good for CS/IT branches. Students from non-IT branches also get placements in IT companies. IIITM Gwalior placements concluded with an average CTC of INR 16.85 LPA. Google, Dell, Mathworks, Samsung, and Amazon were the major recruiting participants in the placement drive.

Academics are pretty good at the institute. It has an excellent faculty pool. Most of the faculty members have completed their PhDs. IIITM G has an active coding culture on campus. Seniors teach the nitty-gritty of coding through the coding club - AASF club. There are regular program contests and quizzes.
