Likes

I mostly like the campus of the college,well designed classrooms,all teaching and non teaching faculty
The way of teaching of all teachers is awesome
There is mentor for every student in the college

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in the college
There is no problem in anything in the college

Placement Experience:

From the 6 , 7 , and 8th semester the students gets placement. There is a confirm placement for the students who study hard. The highest package was of 12 lakh per year . The many companies from Goa , mumbai, Pune come for the campus selection

The review of DYPCET from 2nd year student

Likes

The faculty of my college is very well qualified and understanding staff. They teach very well.
the infrastructure of college is very good, also library for the students is big and includes 2000+ books in it. It includes one mini garden in the middle of college buildings. Canteen is provided for students which is very special and nice .
The college have very well Campus placements for students. The Students are trained as well to hired them in campus placements only.

Dislikes

The Classrooms of the College are little bit smaller as compare to strength of students.
The Course/Syllabus is set for slow learners so The Syllabus for advanced learners is not set.

College offers campus drives from 6th semester onwards .The big companies like Google, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS,Infosys etc. The average Package the companies offers is 4-6 LPA .almost 40% of students are placed in campus placements.I also want to get placed through campus.

Infrastructure of the College is very good.
The Faculty of this institute is also very friendly.
Advanced labs in college like they have latest generation computers with high end specs

Course Curriculum Overview:

DYPCET Computer Science And Engineering Specialization In Data Science is a very relevant course. This course has more demand in future in many companies as a data analytics as this is new not many people know about this.

There are good placements in our college . From 3rd semester itself students can apply for internships and at final year companies come into our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a good job

The teaching staff of college is good. They help students in there free time also.
quality of the infrastructure, including campus amenities and learning facilities are so good. Wi-Fi are present all over the college, lab facilities are also good.
There are both technical and non-technical clubs in college due to which we can learn new skills and development that skills. Technical clubs like space club, eyantra club, drone club, coding club, etc. non-technical clubs like dance club, music club

Dislikes

The college has so many restrictions specially for girls.
The cultural event management is not good as we expect.
We can join only one club at a time. We are not able to join multiple clubs

Placement Experience:

From the third semester students became eligible for campus placement. From the end of the 4th semester students need to compulsory do internship for one month in summer holidays to develop there practical knowledge about industries.

A good college in western Maharashtra

Likes

The college is academic oriented upto good extent.
College infrastructure like classes, labs are all well equipped.
Some of the faculty are adequately good while some are average.

Dislikes

Sports facilities are not up to the mark. There is only one ground for cricket, football,etc
College is not in Kolhapur city which can be issue for some students.

Placement Experience:

College claims average package of 6.5 lacs moreover the detailed placement information is available on college official website. There are some students who got good packages off campus. The highest package offered is around 12 lacks.

An indepth analysis of DOT SUK

Likes

As the department is connected with university, you get access to lot's of resources which is helpful as a student.
Lots of efforts are put into skill development so that students can be placed

Dislikes

Lack of quality infrastructure in the department, the building is too gloomy inside.
Most of the crowd comes from rural areas, it makes it hard for the people that come from urban households.
The atmosphere is characterized by a lack of motivation in the students.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement after 6th semester. Students have to start preparing for placements from the start of final year. There are around 5 companies on average per year that visit the campus. They pick about 6 students each, at around 3-4 lpa packages.

An underrated college in kolhapur

Likes

The course curriculum is very modern and I like the subjects they teach us.
Our labs are very new and the computers used are also with very high specifications.My floor has a mac lab which is very nice.
I like the crowd of college. Everyone is very focused and very friendly.

Dislikes

The college timings are very lengthy and it is very difficult to concentrate for such long hours.
Events are good but they are not very frequent.
Subjects taught are interesting but it is a bit lengthy while studying

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevent and modern. It is very new and the course was introduced only 3 years ago. We have alot of practical based learning and we have alot of coding projects that are included in the curriculum. Teachers are also focusing on more real life learning rather than theoretical knowledge and we have good labs that support that. The difficulty level of the exams are moderate and it is not very hard to pass the exam.

I really like the Facilities here like library, study room.
And the campus area is about 90 acres which is really vast.
Furthermore our college most likely senior arranges events for us like asg which is like gathering and sports also which includes kho-kho, running etc.

Dislikes

Faculty i guess. They i don't think teach good most of the things we have to cober by ourselves
Mess is not that good either. Warden rector didn't support that much.
Timetable is from 8 to 5:30 we send most of the times in college didn't get enough time for self study
