Shivaji University Kolhapur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement scenario is different for Textile department and all other branches. Let me break it down for you. For Textile department, the Pre placement offers and internships in foreign universities are available from 3rd year . And normal placements starts from September month of final year. Sometimes Computer science students also get a chance to do internship in abroad. For other branches, the placements start in final year. Mostly they bring service based IT companies for recruitment. Even they successfully place mechanical, civil, electrical engineering students to companies like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Infosys with 3.5-4 LPA. Few core companies visit but the provided package is less than 3 lpa. Few students get exciting packages on their own.

The curriculum covers the fundamental and advance topics relevant to electronics field Includes practical, projects and case studies,that stimulates real world issue, my college helps in all types of curriculum activity that I have been participated recently, such as weight machine dispenser project I have been taken soo that specific teacher is much helping me that project

In the 5th and 6th sem the students are eligible for the campus placement Companies recruited are L&T, SPCL, Burns & McDonell's, Worley, AAPMC, TCS, Ashoka Buildcon, Aker Solutions, Adani, Jio BP they totally made 80 offers for just Civil department Highest package received was ?600000/yr Nearly 85% got placed

The placement as compared to the southern maharshtra regions our college is best for the placement and we nearly meet more than 100 of reputed companies like tata power , adani power, Wipro, TCS, Atlas copco, etc .

college has the 100% placement in the last 4 years.highest package till now is 40 lpa offered by adobe and 18 lpa last year in 2023. from the 6 sem you likely become eligible for the placements.Tcs and cloud force visit for recrutment every year.in 2022 220 students placed in the single company

College placement is 100 percent but not all the students are placed some go for Masters. Currently 250/360 students are placed. And 2 students got 13LPA . Companies like Adani power, Tata, Wipro, L&T came for placements.

From 6sem of the 3rd year students likely become eligible.comapnies like TCS, cloudforce, etc visit for recruitment. Average package till now is around 4-5 lacks. And highest package is 40 lpa in 2021 placed in adobe.last year in 2023 it was 20 lpa highest package.

For 6 and 7 semester students can be eligible for campus placement Basically in this recent may 2024 atlas cop limited has been offered are 12 students from mechanical engineering branch Highest package is about 25 lpa and average is about 6 lpa Mostly above 70% students get placed I am gonna try campus placement and job in the cities

From 6th semester students are eligible for college campus placement. Highest package is of 41lpa and average package is 6.5lpa which ithink is quite good Around 80 to 90 percentage student get placed

Students become eligible for internships in 3rd year. Companies - Google, Microsoft, L&T, etc. Approximately all the students get good placements with fairly high packages. The college helps each and every student through the TPO cell.
