Campus life at Pondicherry University

Fees and Financial Aid:

Admission fees along with tuition fees charged was 26000 rupeees. Additional hostel and mess fees of approximately 10k was charged. Hostel accommodation is free for female candidates. Semester 2 - 3.5k Semester 3- 13.5k Semester 4- 13.5k All Msc. Biotechnology students admitted through GAT-B exam receive a monthly fellowship of 5k from DBT, GOVT OF INDIA. Upon completing summer internship DBT provides an additional fellowship based on the tenure of internship.

Gat b students all are funded by the dbt India. Perfect month we are getting 5000 scholarship form the two years. All the students coming under This program are getting the scholarship and it is helpful a lot for their financial stability. Tution fee Semester 1 : 25000 Semester 2: 5000 Semester 3 : 20000 Semester 4: 5000 Hostel fee is about 12000 for 154 days
