First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.

Dislikes

Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

A REVIEW ABOUT NIT JALANDHAR

Placement Experience:

from 7 semesters onwards students are eligible for campus placements. companies visited there are amazon, oracle, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, and many more startups, there is 80 percent of students' place. I wanna join mnc any tech company with a decent package.

Placement Experience:

after the 7th semester, you are eligible for placements and the placement record of the college is very good. amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, Goldman Sachs and there are a lot of companies which visit the college to provide placements. the highest package is 1.2cr per annum and the average is 10.83lpa. almost 85% of students are placed in college placements and many go for further studies. to pursue the carrier in national defence forces.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got this course due to my rank in jee mains exam. and specifically choose this branch because it is a circuital branch and also there is programming culture involved in the curriculum like c language, dsa, etc. in the main subject we got 2 teachers, one is the main teacher who takes classes and the other takes the tutorial sessions for doubt solving. in lab classes, we get again 2 teachers. all the faculty is Ph.D. qualified and also involved in many types of research. there are 3 exams in a semester 2 minors and one end sem there is almost 1.5 months gap in each exam.

placements are amazing

Placement Experience:

after the 4th-semester internship opportunities are there and after the 7th semester students are eligible for the placements. the placement record of the college is amazing. there are so many companies that provide placements you can find all the names of the companies and their packages offered on the official website of amazon, google, Microsoft, Nvidia, texas instruments, and engineering India limited these are some famous companies that visit for placements. the highest package is 1.2cr per annum CTC by amazon to an ECE student and the average package is 10LPA percentage of students getting placed is different according to the branch. The overall 80percent is the placement percentage, it is more or less according to the branch I plan to join the civil services.

Placement Experience:

You can do an internship in mid-term breaks and a full-time internship from the 4th year and can sit in placements from starting of the 4th year. Placements here are decent, for The average package is 13lpa and almost every student is placed. The highest on-campus placement is 44lpa. More than 50 companies visit. My plan after my degree is to work for some mnc.

Internships for MTECH CSE at NIT Jalandhar

Placement Experience:

You can start appearing in Placements for 2nd year of Mtech. The CSE department has the best placement among all departments. Almost 80 to 90 percent would be placed. The average package for MTech is around 6 LPA. But it can go as high as 40 LPA if you have the potential.

Placements are very good Almost every student is placed from every branch. Highest package offered was 44 lakh from Microsoft and the average CTC is 7 . 50% of students get placed in the seventh semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am interested in chemical engineering. And I want to research new chemicals. here there are 10,000 students and 1000+ faculty. there all are done Ph.D. in their subject and some teachers have cleared the gate exam many times. The faculty teaching method is amazing, All teachers study the student Like their children. there are 2 minors and one ends term exam in 1 semester, so there is less difficult to pass because In my institute there is an environment of study.

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
