college's pov from students perspective

Likes

The teachers here are very supportive and help their students in every way possible.
The overall campus is beautiful with a ground in te centre.
Exam pattern is good as it helps students in getting better grades

Dislikes

The washrooms are not cleaned. Their is no maintainance of the facilities
Less events are organised in the college.
Canteen space is very conjusted .It needs to be maintained well space wise

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen masters in chemistry thinking of my intrest first of all then afterwards teachers also told us the advantages of msc in chemistry. The curriculum is very simple and easy to handel due to the exam pattern . According to curriculum their are 5 units in each subject in each semster and also 1 practical of each subject

Never go for Subodh college

Likes

The best thing in this college is there are no attendance issues.If you have zero percent attendance then it is also ok , and if you hundred percent then it is also fine
The college situations in between the city is not like other colleges which are outside the city. So there are no transportation issues. The city bus will drop you in front of the college and there is a bus stop also in front of the college

Dislikes

There are no girls in the college.I think which is the worst thing which a college can have.
This college is more like a government college.There are Very less students who are present in the class and there is zero social Interaction.
The college doesn't have any programs or cultural fests

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose b com as I wanted to pursue my career in management. But BBA doesn't have any advantages over bcom.So I thought b com is a better option. I think the curriculum doesn't prepare us for real world application friends for further academic pursuit.It is just like traditional colleges which just teaches us book matter. I think the college should Mandate the attendance And all students should attend all the classes all 75%. There are only two semester exams and every semester exam has one midterm exam.

I have decided my in 11 class to pursue BCA course in future because in this time the IT sector is growing faster in India that's why I want to take the advantage of this and keep safe my future in IT sector

University of commerce College is very good overall

I like the faculty of my college is very good.
Teachers of my college is very experienced.
They are serving there best knowledge with us .

Dislikes

There is no fixed schedule in my college .
There is no restriction on mobile phone using inside college.
Canteen service of my college is worst service.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From Monday to Wednesday there is practical lab class is held . And Thursday to Saturday theory is class is held . I liked this way of teaching very much . Through this way students may acquire more knowledge about computer.

My College

Likes

It has a nice location. It is near the Nehru garden
A good space of parking is available inside the college
There is not necessary to come daily even if you come 3 days a week is enough

Dislikes

Not a nice campus . The campus is very small
Canteen is not good. There is no item which is etable
There is no generater in the college. If lights are gone the classes will not be held

BCA is the course in which we can easily get an IT sector job . In our college the make us do an practical class in which there is a teacher which helps us to make an program. Teaching methods can be upgraded like giving 20 minutes break between two classes

The college campus are good and well infrastructured as well as good space so there was no suffocation. Classrooms are also fine too much space are also there in classrooms . In the classroom there are well sitting facilities
There are presence of good faculties and have good teaching methods. Students easily understood the lectures given by professor. And if have some problem to get the lecture then professor will help you surely. The nature of professor are friendly.
The faculties of all subjects almost done or completely their syllabus before the time of examination. They can also cover some important topics which are related with your examination so you get properly.

Dislikes

The uniform of college is compulsory in some sense like at the exam time and while practical are on so they can't give entry if you are not come in college uniform.
Sometimes professor are getting absent and they can't inform the students so students face some problem they can wait and go. They have to inform while they are going to absent so students can't face such problems
The syllabus almost done but some segment are not completed due to teacher are absent sometimes. So that's why students will face such problems regarding their incompleted syllabus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some curriculum activities are setup by the college so that students can perform their activities differently like they can give speech on random topic. They can perform roles of some leaders etc . Exams are held twice in the year and Along with semester there are two sessional test are also there .

this college are good in the infrastructure and campus ground is well developed . my friend suggested me that you must be visit once this campus then i think about it . after i visted here then i feel this campus are too good in all avtivities .
my engagement in this college is wonderful because a lot of things i felt there like good college campus , class rooms , library , auditorium and such more things . the faculty of this college are also very cooperative in nature .
there are many coures available in this college like sciences , arts , commerce etc . i pursue my degree from arts stream hindi literature . the curriculam of this course is very goood and faculty members are also helpful .

Dislikes

the college dress of this college is compulsory so this is not good for some students . i aslo dont appreciated this one thing , another like there are some rules applicaple during practicals etc
sometimes faculty was absent , this is not good because students come from a distance for taking classes so that is such another problem which are facing by students . professors are not informed while they are going to absent
sometimes the course was not been completed by teachers so students facing a ;ot of problems to solve their problems related to their particular courses . if you can't wear college uniform then you ccan't able to enter in the library

The supportive nature of the faculties and parking space.

Dislikes

No sports infrastructure, lack of extra curriculum activities
Overcrowding, no discipline maintenance in terms of uniform.
The college is situated at a very busy crossroad due to which there is continuous noise pollution which hinders the quality of the classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a chartered accountant that's why I chose the bachelors of commerce degree. As a CA aspirant the curriculum helped me to build my foundation which will be layed below the degree of chartered accountant. The areas for improvement are timely completion of the course, regular classes, active recall sessions, specific practical knowledge should be given about the subjects. The exams occurs on yearly basis and timings for the evening batch would be 8-11am or 1-4pm.
