The fees that I pay for the college are 1800000 lakhs per year, it can be paid in instalment (they take interest in case of installment payments) ; the fees are okay for a private medical college The fees are same for students except the ones receiving government scholarship The students from Sikkim itself can opt for the state scholarship while the students from outside Sikkim can opt for the central scholarship

Unveiling the Essence of My College Experience

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees are different for everybody as there are different categories like Govt. Sponsored for Sikkimese Domicile students whose fees is regularised by state govt. And only applicable to Sikkimese students then Northeast Quota & General Quota whose fees are almost similar after that there's Management Quota whose fees are very high. Tuition fees remins same for the old batch like through out the entire course that's basically 4.5 years and only increases for the new batch onwards except for the hostel fees which increases a little every year. I was in Management category so I paid around 19 lakhs per year for 4.5 years followed by registration fees of 20k then rest amount of 1lakhs on hostel fees so total roughly roughly around 90lakhs everything was done. Well there's no scholarship for other students except only for govt. Sponsored students that's basically for Sikkimese Domicile students. Campus is small but big enough for everything so far since it's a hill station afterall.

A loan facility is given and there must be some kind of scholarship and yes I have friends here from Sikkim. Specially have to give fewer fees as compared to others and also get got many other scholarships.
