Though it's a government college, it provides free education for the students of the inside state, but for the students outside of the state (Sikkim)has to pay semester fees of 700 rupees and exam fees of up to maybe 4000, and yes, there are many scholarships provided according to merit basis and also on the students marks achievements in exams. some scholarships, like Chief minister scholarship, Ishan Uday scholarship etc.
