SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

For those who want to pursue business field, BBA is the best undergraduate optionbfor them as it will provide the base for MBA. As far as the BBA of SRM is concerned, it is like the industry standard . At the end , it depends upon us to fully utilise the three years and gain some skills . No should be dependent upon the college. I think , they should more focus on the rhe practical aspects for explaining the business aspects as it will be more easy for the students to learn and improve their knowledge. For us , we have 4 exams per semester , with moderate difficulty.

The students eligible fir industry from 3rd semester itsekf as they go on a summer after 2nd semester. Wipro, sunnetwork, star vijay etc are campus interview companies. The packages was from 15000k a month to 25000k a month according to the position and work.

From 3rd year that is, 5th semester students become eligible for placements. Amazon, intel, jP morgan, etc companies have been in srm for placement offers. Our highest package was 1.2 cr. SRM provides 100% incampus placements! After getting the degree, i would probably do masters with a job and some music as a side profession.

I have interest so I decided to pursue here to develop my own skills and talents according to my knowledge. The teachers teaching method is awesome the teach us like children After their guidance we score more marks without fail

From 4th year our college starts providing internships and till final semester placements takes place I currently student in 5th semester so not much experience about placement. I personally want to go for mtech but depends on parents hope so. Higgest package 1cr Lowest can be around 2-3 lakhs

In srm students get offers of campus placent from their 6 th semester. There are many companies like Wipro , hcl, Accenture come for placements . Recently student from srm got placed in Amazon for 1 crore package.

Placement are actually good in our clg! Tech Companies: Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle Consulting Firms: Deloitte, KPMG, PwC Core Companies: Larsen & Toubro, Hyundai, Bosch SRM University have secured offers with packages exceeding INR 30-40 lakhs per annum.The average salary package for graduates generally ranges from INR 4-7 lakhs per annum, though this can vary by course and industry. Placement percentage is90%

In each sem we will have different subjects like oops, DSA , OS ,CN that is data structure algorithm operating system, machine learning and many more depending upon on our course and after starting of sem classes after a month we will have ct 1 exam then next month we will be having 2nd ct and followed by 3rd ct.

As far as i know the college have good placement scenarios , you you are doing well in your academics then you can easily get placed here . Any company vists the place for placement and there are many dream and super dream offers

The placement status at the time when I came to college was quite good somewhere around 10 LPA was the average then next year when the recession came the crunch was there but this year the placements are going quite good
