The faculty at the college is highly experienced, qualified, and supportive, with all members holding PhDs. They have collectively published over 50 books and 64 research projects. The faculty is involved in setting state-level examination papers and focuses on understanding rather than memorization. They offer individual attention to students, remedial coaching, and support in research and projects.
Faculty members are available from 10 am to 5 pm, running special exam preparation classes. Key faculty members specialize in areas such as hydrogeology, geophysics, remote sensing, GIS, phytoremediation, bioremediation, and environmental biotechnology. They are committed to enhancing students' skills and preparing them for competitive exams like NET and GATE.
The non-teaching staff is also helpful and supportive.
