Review of my college vit vellore, particularly good.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fees for my course is 95000 per year out of which 5000 is caution deposit. If we include hostel fees it goes up to 142400 per year. Other branch fees is also around the same. The collage provides many placements and internship oppourtunities.

Life in VIT after 2 years here.

Fees and Financial Aid:

My course is Bachelor of Computer Application. For my course, the tution fee is 55,000 INR with an additional 2000 INR as caution deposit also to be paid during the first payment. This fee is paid for an year which comprises of two semesters. Each semester is 4-5 months long. There are no additional fees charged for lab, development or any other compulsory charges. Also no change for fees based on caegories like SC, ST, OBC is provided from VIT. Everyone pays equally apart from B.Tech courses where there is a category system not based on caste but based on the ranks obtained in the VITEEE entrance exam. There are fully funded education for state exam toppers and top 5 rankers of VITEEE exam. Then we've scholarships upto 50% for remaining top 50 students. There are scholarships that VIT provide for students that are economicall weaker but ot during the time of admission but afterwards. The there are grans provided for top 10 students performing well in each department every semester. For mycoiurse the course fee hasn't increased even after 3 years, I'm currently in third year and still when we talk to freshers ,we understand the fee hasn't increased over the period of time.

The fee structure of the course I am currently doing at VIT vellore is BCA( bachelor's in computer applications) , it follows a consistent pattern for the first two years , with the slight increase in the final year. First two years , ?60000 (Tuition fees, development fees, lab fees, etc) . Final year, ?65000(additional graduation and certification fee) . VIT also offers scholarships on merit and need . One prominent scholarship is the Merit-cum-need scholarship , which provides financial aid to students with high academic scores.

The year wise fee is 57000.This include 2000 which was the caution deposit. The registration fee was 600.All the students have same fees structure. The hostel fee was around 1,54000.Apart from it I also had caution deposit for hostel which was 15000.

The attendance relaxation. You need 75 percentage attendance to appear in exam but if you have 9 or more cgpa you don't need attendance.
The FFCS system. Fully flexible credit system which allows you to select teacher and timings of classes you need
