Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very moderate. They focus on the self development, you'll not have any pressure to complete the assignments and all so that you focus on your own and achieve the level you want as you'll have enough of time.

Some words for East Oxford

Likes

Atmosphere is too good, Nature is so friendly and there is silence for a better study
Facilities are also good , In campus there's a lot of space for study group discussion and so on .
Classrooms was good Teachers are very friendly and helpfull they always help us in any kind of problem related to study

Dislikes

I don't like one thing there is no student union to help the students
Protest are very common there and they really effects normal students as well
And last thing is , There's not enough seats in library to seat properly there's always a huge rush and seats are too limited so there are few things I don't like but I want improvement in all that

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not that much broad, It is brief and In my department I found Ancient history and Archaeology is very interesting. There's alot of things to know about our past ,we study about architecture and monasteries, and intersting sites so there's is a lot of fun and interst in this course In my time due to covid our semester timings are not for 6 months our exams were held in 3-4 months so that time we face alot of problem but that's ok Now everything is going so smooth

Likes

The quality of teaching and behaviour of teachers ,also the environment of college is good.
This college is more disciplined than main campus of allahabad.Semester wise exam taken in this college.
This college also supports and preferred students who are interested and wanted to make carrier in sports field.

Dislikes

Mainly nothing is dislikable in this college we can say building or infrastructure is old as it is old and reputed college.
The information process is late happening in this college.
Not much in area that is college is situated in small area with normal infrastructure and having no fest and all in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have an interest towards computer and technology from childhood so I decided to do my further education in this field so firstly i decided to do my graduation in btech but not got good marks in jee mains exam then i decided to do my graduation in bsc with computer application.The curriculum giving their best to prepare us for further academic pursuits and also for real world applications by teaching theory taking their practicals and also taking viva so that a student must contain all the concept studied by them.Their is not much need to improve in the areas of course curriculum but we can say their is a need of little bit more improvement in their teaching methods.The timing of exam is at every 4-6 months of time semester wise and the level of is good enough for a student to pass.

Professors are helpful, They Guide students well.
Examinations are handled nicely, It is fair and rewarding.
Stress free environment, Absolutely no pressure of unnecessary assignments.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is too old needs to be developed.
Not a proper placement cell for students future.
No concentration extra curricular activities in campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose statistics and mathematics as my subjects with physics for first 2 years as i want to go in the field of data analyst. Due to Covid there were a lot of chopping and changes in the cirriculum but now it is restored to full potential. With a competative and fair examination.

Beautiful Surrounding of education & educators... Amazing classes & green corridors with such a plenty librari & awesome study simply had an awesome days of graduation & masters degree in University of Allahabad.
Sunil Umrao sir was there for us soo we enjoyed n explored each corner of porvorim & Panjim and of course International film festival of India, Goa wooh!! Thank you is just a word .. for Sunil Umrao sir we'll always always thankful & grateful .
While pursuing masters we got amazing Teacher Sunil Umrao sir whatever he did for us was excellent no one can ..Sunil sir let us feel free to enjoy & explore the world & cinema to next level & the amazing part was we do go Goa with Sunil Umrao sir

Dislikes

Some classes not run properly in graduation & the campus was okay okay not that amazingi like other departments of univercity.
While pursuing masters degree the environment was beautiful of FCI building but their were no faculty in the department of mass communication & journalism.
While pursuing masters we completed the whole classes in 1 year instead of 2 complete years that was not good, there were no placement programs ..very bad thing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They have all gadgets & faculty we needed as a student. They did well & good for us in complete 5 years of graduation & post graduation. For teaching methods they should make sure there is good visiting faculty for students & should available in classes on time. Everything was amazing but they should aware of cheating..the students doing becouse of there ignorense mostly extraordinary students get bas marks & unable to got what they want & deserves.

The prestige and quality of teaching is really good.
Teachers are understanding. Some may not be but mostly they are kind.
Strict but not strict about attendance. They only want good results.

Dislikes

May sound weird but the reason is there are too many assignments.
We have to prepare for test then the very moment we finish it then there are exams or viva
No more reason actually. But there are no placements can be one reason too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very helpful for students preparing for government jobs. Ancient history is one of the core subjects. The curriculum is good. Although we find it hard now and then but most students know the importance it holds. It is indeed difficult to pass the exams because it gets hectic. By the time T1 is over T2 and mid sem and viva are there. So all this is hard but hard work brings success.

Is doing BSc Mathematics from Allahabad University worth ?

Likes

The University campus has a large area with lush green gardens and the buildings of campus are old and heritage
The professors are highly qualified and the classes run on time

Dislikes

The curriculum is kind of old as compared to modern era
The University does not give much placements only few are given
There is no fest in the campus expect 1-2 in the whole year

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this university is known as IAS factory, the courses here are designed as similar with the UPSC syllabus. The mathematics syllabus of 3 years is same with the UPSC optional maths syllabus. The exams are held once in a year and you have quite good time for preparation and the difficulty level of exams are quite good so you have to study properly to pass out.

University Campus are very beautiful.. and very big buildings structure.. so many departments and all have department's their own lawn or sitting areas.. Every department have own faculties .. University Campus located in a centre place of allahabad
University provided many facilities for students like a Central Library, Sports, Cultural activities, NCC Army & Navy wing.. Scholarships, Hostels, Medical etc.. one thing for allahabad university is there Students politics is very famous..
All the Professors and teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced . you have provided a regular classes, also provided some extras classes like a doubt class & also a back classes some others courses like a (languages cours)also offered by UOA.

Dislikes

No Regular classes attend by senior professor and lecturer , classes attend by a Scholar's like JRF& SRF .. Not well Class Room.. Mostly Student's are come from East UP.. so they are interested in Politics not in a study..
Administrative section and there staff are very lazy and irresponsible.. there working styles irritate you.. Students Politics also disturb you and yours classes.. they also.. disturb campus activities and their decorum..
Central library's facility are present there but No good facilities for sitting, no new book are available their .. University Security personnel also a rude behavior.. all there campus are located in some distance places

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are available but not for all Courses.. some course like a B.com,B.sc ,M.sc etc. Courses students are eligible for campus placement.. but the ratio of overall placement is 10 percent.. University have no any placement unit.. they are poor in this category.. B.A,M.A,LLB, students have no any chance for placement and any internship programs.. Average package scale for Science student is 3 lakh per year..

If anyone is preparing for professional courses like ca,cfa,cma etc. they have less burden and they can totally focus on the courses they are pursuing
Last but not the least all the teachers are very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

They are no co-ed classes in this college so one should not except too much from this college
There are no extra curricular activities and fest in this college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very old fashioned so don't expect that you will learn something new. My suggestion is that the course should be modified and something new should be introduced for eg. one should be introduced to how to invest in stocks. My suggestion will is don't pursue only bcom try to do some professional courses like CA, CFA, CMA, etc., or Target other competitive exams.
