The Department of Food and Nutrition provides a supportive learning environment with a well-structured curriculum spanning four semesters over two years. Each semester consists of two sessional exams, a final exam, and an assignment for every core subject, integrating both theory and practical elements. Despite having a limited number of faculty, scholars assist with teaching and lab work, contributing to all students successfully passing their exams. A mandatory internship is required in the third semester, allowing students to select their preferred location or company for 45 days.

If a student fails to secure an internship, the college will arrange one, and some internships may offer payment.
