Yes you will have an opportunity to avail scholarship from the state government which is helpful for below-poverty-line cardholders student.
Our college head of department are very good they provide us a tour of supreme court.
Everything is good in this campus you can enjoy if you have interest in sport like cricket badminton etc...in this collage every year these festival happen so you can enjoy these festival.

Dislikes

There is a very small placement for btech mca students. placement officer is not too good in behaviour.
Sometimes the teachers behave very badly with students if they have not submitted the fee before examination they scold us like a little child.
The washroom of in this college is not good. the hostel food of in university is average.

My college life

Likes

In the terms of social interaction our college is good.
Infrastructure is all well maintained and our college has a big library in which we can study during off
The campus is very big and filled with greenery .

Dislikes

Students are not punctual . They came to college according to their suitability
The Parks of our college are not well maintained
There is a lack of responsibility in students.

I have done BSc pcm . Our exams held yearly we have 3 major subjects and 2 minor subjects minor subjects are qualifying in nature.major subjects marks adds in final results.Exams are of moderate level mostly previous year questions.

I liked about the college is that students of both the campus can access the things of both the campuses
Study environment is good and teachers are cooperative
Extra curricular activities like Moot societies , Debate societies and Arbitration society

Dislikes

Affiliation with Chaudhary Charan Singh University as it is an government University and postpone exam frequently
Fees structure as it is very high and can cannot be affordable for middle class
They also increase the fees of Hostel every year for old students as well

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 4th year students become eligible for the placement as some of them get placement thorugh internships as recruiting them and some get placement thorugh campus placement the highest package over 50 lakhs per annum and average goes to 15 to 20 lakhs . Companies which visit for placement are KK Luthra firm , Khurana and Khurana Associates , Lexi Law etc.

Future for Microbiologist

University providing hospital facility, Professors are very good
University providing Canteen facilities , all documentation work you can done in cafe provided by university at very low cost.
University providing, Library , central library, department library, shopping complex, Canteen, Hospital all facilities

Dislikes

Fee submission through affiliated bank is not good
75% attendance criteria is not good for exams
Canteen doesn't providing good meal for long distance travelling students

The course curriculum is very good , It include every field of Microbiology If you want to go in Industrial Microbiology field, If you want to go in Medical Microbiology, If you want to go in Food microbiology, From every perspective it is very good just because course is designed like that

Placement was up to the mark as the college tried it's best to provide placement to everyone
The fest and social activities to engage the students were held frequently which was a good thing
The curriculum and semester wise subjects combination was good though and which made it easy to understand

Dislikes

The prompt announcement of internals was one of the draw back of college and it's curriculum
There used to be too much gap between exam and semester break also it was unpredictable everytime that how much sem break you going to get after exams

Placement Experience:

Average placement provided college was of 3,00,000 p.a but it was in marketing segment. But the placement cell keeps on sending mails of placement even after the college is over is a good part as they are providing opportunities even after the college is over.

The teachers teach very well. And there are practical labs too.
The principal of the college is very disciplined.
Sports and many competitions are also organised in the college.

Dislikes

College management. And at that time there are no classes from 2nd year onwards.

And let's talk about the course, it was not a very bad decision to choose B.Sc.Whatever a B.A. student can do, a B.Sc student can also do, but whatever a B.Sc student can do, a B.A student cannot do.As we can assume that exams like SSC, UPSC can be given by BA students as well as B.Sc students but in those where maths is required, only BA students can do those.

The campus is huge with fully air conditioning, a library.

Dislikes

One thing that is a draw back that not all students can't go to the international trip to university of cape town

The curriculum is very sorted and not very lengthy exams as its divided in 5 papers each in 10 semester And the personal assesment score that helps the students to see their progress overall all rather than academics only which also motivates the students to work hard

It is near to every major city such as Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh
There are green fields all around the college
OPD is well maintained which has a good patient flow

Dislikes

Maintenance of roads is worse with buildings as well
Professors are not very friendly as well
There are little to no fests celebrated here

Exam timing is well scheduled and preplanned as well. Well even with most of the faculty is highly knowledgeable they don't interact much untill asked to do so. Most of the colleges have same kind of academicsn

A brief reviewin SMMH MEDICAL COLLEGE

Campus is really spacious and Peaceful and greener
Every building that a medical college requires is established
Seniors are very friendly and helpful in academic and in general

Dislikes

Maintenance is negligible and a disappointment
There are no fears held which makes it a little boring
Like other colleges the academic is only decent and not very good

Being a doctor is almost everyone's dream and I'm lucky to have been eligible to get enrolled in this course with my hardwork. Exams are well scheduled and timely organised. Teaching method is mediocre not that of a breakthrough

My college experience

the campus Infrastructure is quite good and well maintained with greenery
My campus life is also good I like the way all professors teaching .
So the placement is not the good I was from the BCA course and that time I didn’t get a chance to gave a interview in and tech company

Dislikes

Placement in not the great for students and my mostly friends got job from outside campus interviews
Basically infrastructure is good but in the class rooms their is only 2 or 3 fans is their on 60+ student no ac is available.
Overall experience of my 3 year course is good but the Thind I don’t like is the placement and the quality of class room is that great no AC room only 2 or 3 fan in class and approximately 60 student sit in the class.

Placement Experience:

After 2 year company start visiting in the college for btech,BCA,mca,MTech and many course mostly company hires students of btech MTech or mca but for the BCA their is no tech company.some of my friend got job in non tech companies

A tour of SMMH Medical College

There has been many selection in PG in every batches.
This college is placed on the Ambala Highway and is easily accessible. There is greenary all-over the campus, a pleasant, safe and peaceful environment.
2000 beds are for patients, patient flow in OPD is good. Interns do have a better experience with the locals.

Dislikes

There is not many programmes held apart from curriculum
There is not good enough management of roads and infrastructure since 2015 which was the first batch
There is extreme heat and cold and sometimes it's unbearable for someone like me. We cannot install ACs in our hostel without a hefty charge first

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a Doctor is everyone's dream and I was amazed to know I will be a part of this esteemed line of service. There is always gonna be a need for a doctor. The only thing is being a better doctor, there is always respect and money in being a doctor. It feels nice to be a savior to someone. Interacting with patients on a daily basis improved my communication skills. Teaching is almost the same in every medical college and my college is no exception. As such there is no need for many improvements The frequency of examinations conducted is organized and well-planned. The papers are difficult and It tests us to be better and I have no issue with it in general.

Chaudhary Charan Singh University is a well-known university in the region. It offers good infrastructure and facilities to students. The university library has a good collection of books. CCS alumni list includes names such as Mayawati, Murli Manohar Joshi, Kumar Vishwas, etc. The campus placements for the institute aren’t too good. But you can get good opportunities through off-campus placements.
