College also provide the opportunity for their scholarship.college helps financially also helps to take the student loan.
They provide well education to students,they support great communication with students.
Placements: aktu is known for its strong placement record, with many companies recruiting from affiliated colleges.

Dislikes

The college hostel are not good as you were paying 82000 for the 3 sheeter hostel room
The timings of the college is very bad you have to come early in the morning and get departure in the evening.
One thing i disliked about this university that is no proper time of exams

Reality of AKGEC

I like the college campus as it is very nature friendly
I like the environment in the college because of the design of the college
i like the students studying in the college

Dislikes

i don't like the faculties of the college
i dont like the college because their is no physical activity happens
no fest is organizes in the college, its very boring college

course curriculum is just worse and not worth joining it. course is very outdated and not worth wasting time to study it for getting required knowledge . the knowledge they provide is very irrelevant to know .

An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

Our college provides the training that includes DSA , soft skills and verbal & apptitude that the best for students for placements
The first year faculty of our college is very good and experienced having their phds
Our college infrastructure is also not that best but it's s above average, good water and electricity included Ac classroom provided by our college

Dislikes

The faculty of 3rd year isn't experienced they all are new teachers having 1 or 2 years of experience
They call students to come to college at placement time for regular classes due with we can't prepare for our placements
They take exams every months that I really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

the students from 3rd sem becomes eligible for campus placements the companies like Wipro, TCS, Smartdata and Adda 24/7 participates in the campus drive students get packages mostlty between 150000 to 300000 I also want to work with these companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

You have to understand in which field you are interested the most and after deciding it you have to go for further studies and choose the course as well. The difficulty level of exam is quite good and faculty is really helpfull.

Likes

The faculty is very supportive and helpful.
The college environment is good and positive.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placements in the 3rd semester.Some of the companies that visited the campus are : SmartData, wipro,Tcs Adda 24/7 etc. The package ranges between 2 lac to 5 lac. The percentage of students getting placed ranges between 80%-90%.

The environment is very studious and people are very competitive

Students become eligible for placement from 4th semister . Companies visiting my college are over 700 these include microsoft, google, amazon, hp, Mercedes benz, accenture, wipro etc , no of offers made are over 2570. Highwst package is 51 lpa, average package is 6 lpa, percentage of students getting placed is 75%. My plans after the degree are to get employed in a MNC and earn great amount of money.

The behaviour of teachers is friendly And helping
They do one cultural event ritkriti which I like that
They do many workshops on technologies like react html css from which we can learn alot

Dislikes

The behaviour in administrative block is so bad ..they keep on telling same thing without listening to you
There is no canteen. There is a canteen area where you can seat but nothing is available to eat there
Placement of the college is not good . hardly 7-8 students get the placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course circullam given by aktu is ..little bit outdated.bit still it includes many important topics like dsa dmbs which is very helpful in placement. But some subjects I found of no use. But now in elective in last semester you can also select ai and ml Blockchain which are trending subjects

In this college the attendance are are required but only 60% for the exam, and if your attendance is less than 60 percent you should give the reason for the shortage of the attendance.
This college campus is not too big but its almost Ok.
some fest and sports are organised in the campus.

Dislikes

this college Labs and class are not so good as compared to other.
Internal marks which college provided is not good.
The faculity of this college is average not so talented.

Placement Experience:

The college placement is average 4-6 LPA, the student are allowed for the campus placement in his 7th semester, some companies like (TCS, Paytm) are visiting in the college for offer jobs. Around 50-60 percent student got placed in the campus placement.

Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.

Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
