JIIT MBA Admission 2026

Admissions to the MBA 2026-28 batch at JBS are currently ongoing, with the next GD/PI round on April 3, 2026. The selection process is rolling and merit-based, combining entrance exam scores with performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates with strong CAT/XAT/CMAT scores and a good academic background are preferred. The program is open to graduates from any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation and graduating by July 31, 2026 are also eligible to apply; eligibility must be proved by September 30, 2026.
• Valid score in any one of: CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / ATMA / CUET-PG.

Admission Process

• Submit application online at jbs.ac.in, jiit.ac.in, or getadmissions.com/jaypee, or offline at the JBS campus.
• Pay application fee of Rs. 1,000.
• Applications are shortlisted based on valid entrance exam scores (CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA/CUET-PG).
• Shortlisted candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), conducted online or at the JBS campus.
• Final selection is based on a merit list considering entrance test score, language proficiency, and GD/PI performance.
• On receiving the offer letter, deposit the partial semester fee to confirm the seat.
• Submit all eligibility documents by September 30, 2026 to avoid de-registration.

JIIT MBA Scholarships 2026

JBS offers a merit-based fee waiver scholarship scheme for MBA students, with up to 50% waiver on tuition fees for meritorious candidates. A total of 30 scholarships are available for the MBA program each year. The scholarship is linked to both the qualifying degree CGPA and the CAT percentile, and continuation requires maintaining the required SGPA in each semester. JIIT students (from the Jaypee Higher Education System) are eligible for a special 15% scholarship even with a lower CGPA.

Scholarship Criteria

• Total number of MBA scholarships available: 30 per year.
• Scholarship is applicable on tuition fee only.
• For continuation of scholarship, the required SGPA (as per the table above) must be maintained in each semester.
• Scholarship will be withdrawn if SGPA falls below 7.5 or if the student receives a fail grade or is debarred in any subject.
• The 15% scholarship for CGPA 6.00-7.49 is exclusively for students from the Jaypee Higher Education System (JHES).
• Scholarship is awarded after the completion of the admission cycle.

JIIT MBA Placement 2026

JBS has a dedicated Training and Placement cell with strong corporate linkages across the Delhi-NCR region and beyond. For the 2023-25 batch, over 65 companies participated in campus placements, including prominent names from IT, BFSI, consulting, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors. The placement process begins with pre-placement training, guest lectures, and workshops by industry experts, followed by campus drives. A team of pre-final year students also assists in coordinating placement events.
