Right now, the university claims70%-80% placements. The companies are invited and students are selected for interviews based on their eligibility as per criteria set by the companies. There is a separate Training and Placement cell for organizing recruitment drives. The university provides both in and out campus placements. A number of companies like Neclife, ICICI Bank, INNOVA, BYJU'S, Google, Vodafone, Indorient, Septalyst, Inox, etc. visit the University for placements. The average package for btech students having appropriate skills is around 5-6 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered for a BTech at Mangalayatan University was over 10LPA in 2023. From the starting of 4th year you become eligible for placements. After completion of my course I will take a job for experience then I will go on pursuing higher degree for better opportunities. I can't just rely on the university to get me a job. I am trying to upgrade my skills for better jobs options.

The placement system is improving year by year. When I was admitted to this college, the placement opportunities were not very good; only 2-3 companies would visit for recruitment. However, the placement system has since improved, and now big tech giants like Deltax and Amazon are coming to the college.

Placements happens rarely . Placements cell is closed most of the time now they are improving but still its long way to go . Last year there was a job fair in college from there several student got placed and the highest package was 300000 something

The first two semesters is hard due to maths but I manage this by getting advice from the teacher and parents. 87% of students got around 6+lakh package last year and currently in my batch around 89% get a high placement on the campus. The bachelor's degree help me a lot in my life to brighten my future with this university.

84% of Students get the 6lakh+ placement last year and in my batch, 87% above get a high placement on the campus.
The degree also okay an important role in it.

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements they have good placement records companies like Byjus, Hp, IBM, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. come to college for placements.
The highest goes to 31 lakhs and the average goes to 4 to 5 lakhs. So almost 80 to 90 percent of students get placed.

The placements at our college are excellent. Every year, a large number of reputed companies visit our campus to recruit students for various positions. Our college also provides guidance and support to the students to ensure that they get placed in the best of companies. Apart from placements, our college also offers internships and industrial training programs to the students to help them gain valuable experience.
In case the college does not offer campus placement, our college provides guidance and support to the students to help them develop their employability skills. We also offer career counseling services to the students to help them understand the industry better and identify the opportunities available to them. We also conduct workshops and seminars to help them find the right job.
Finally, after completing the course, our college also helps students create their start-ups and run their businesses. We provide them with guidance and resources to help them.

Placement Experience:
Basically, the placement of the students depends on their skills and knowledge of the student. Generally from the 4th or 5th semester, students become eligible for the campus placements but as I have told you that it depends on the skills of the student, sometimes students also get placement from the 3rd or 4th semester also. The highest package offered in this college was 500000 rupees per annum and the average package of this college is rupees 350000 per annum, the students with more skills and knowledge can get the higher package also. Generally, above 50% of students get placed in the companies. My plan after getting this degree is to go for a higher education that is MSc in biotechnology to get into a good field.

So there are so many good placements offered I Manglaytan University. That students are eligible for campus placement after 6 semesters. And there are so many companies visited like as Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Tekion, farelabs and many other companies. In this year Microsoft selected 32 students at 11l/p annum and many companies selected and continued. So the highest package of Manglaytan University is 32lakh/annum in Amazon and 28lakh/annum in Tekion and man others and the average package offered is 5lakh/annum. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job in my dreams company Microsoft.
