Likes

The college provides scholarship facilities for students who are good in the study.
Hostel of the college is amazing 24 wifi , electricity is available through the day washrooms are also good ,there is not much restriction in any thing the rent of these hostel are very less 4480 for one year.
The environment of university is definitely very clean and fresh with natural beauty, some facilities like bus, security guard parking, play ground, canteen cafe are available here, hills beauty is seen in this campus

Dislikes

The cut off marks for hnbgu is very low and also it has spot counseling at the vacant seats.
It is very difficult to get proper schedule of exams.getting time table issues are being faced for many years.we can't prepare for our exam by following this chaotic exam schedule.
The student clubs i hate the most there always noise around the college. student gather and do unusual noise to disturb others. that impact college reputation.

Heaven of Beauty and Knowledge- HNBGU

Teachers, lab staff both teaching and non teaching.
Environment, Views, Location of the university campus
The locals are very helpful, the rooms if anyone wants to rent are also at genuine ranges but in some areas may be little expensive

Dislikes

Lab infrastructure like. Very old Specimen not kept cleaned
The vendors near campus are quite expensive, some may be genuine though.
Infrastructure of hostel like beds and table chair are some of them not comfortable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I came to know about this university from my friend and i enrolled and gave test to qualify to be there, along with academis the university offers various extra curricular activities such as games, debate, singing, dancing etc. Students participate in great numbers, moral values are also provided to students. Sports like Basketball, cricket, badminton, table tennis etc are very much played.

i feel teachers are so friendly here and they support eacg and every student
all campus are coverd with cctv and good security no ragging happens in campus and in hostel its very good thing about the college'
library is present and wifi is present in the campus, faculty are good and best here'

Dislikes

the college conducts small events and no stars are called at events they conduct exams every month
students aare here very presurised due to more assignment and much exams
campus is symetrical the nature lovers will like the college and enjoy the peace

Affordable University

Likes

All are good fees are the very affordable for all of one
Environment are the very good condition and pre maintain
Nature of people are also good and very supportive

Dislikes

And not proper clean maintain but are also maintain
Hostel are not available for the anyone.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college curriculum is same like the other Central University . The college cademic curriculum prepares by the professor notes and YouTube channel. Difficulty level is moderate level. Has like the another University exam.

Likes

The nature and the location of my University is out of world.
The faculties are too good and very helpful nature.
The university do not put any extra pressure on students.

Dislikes

There is no any night life due to the fear of wild animals due to its location.
There is no any scholarship or financial aid for students
There is very less hostel facility for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very important for me and I am very eagerly waiting for this course. With this with the help of the scores I want to do the some competitions and which also made me to do for further academic pursuits. The curriculum is too good and I can pursuing in the teaching method which is very good according to my subjects. There are two types of exam college first one is internal exams which is of 1 hours and second one is external exam which is one of two hours.

The things I liked So much is the location of the university and It's campus is So Beautiful.
Infrastructure is Good But It can be much better.

Dislikes

The Hostel Food is Not So Good It must be need improvement.

I am Persuing Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering Branch . As it's not a core branch . We have to study tech & non-tech both . Curriculum is higher from moderate level. I am Glad To Take B.tech in this Branch.

Nature of this college is very good and clean
Department building are the very clean and proper
Air quality is good and peaceful environment and mountain

Dislikes

Hostel facility are not available for anyone
Many political parties are active in this college
The fear of animals because many animals are there

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester student become the eligible for the campus placement. Many campus many companies are visit in this college like a LNT , Tata and another companies. The highest package for this year is 12 lpa and the medium packages 3.8 LPA. 60-70 % student are placed

Likes

Nature since its situated in beatiful ranges of garhwal
Its faculty and seniors are very supportive towards students
Less crowded hence peace for students good

Dislikes

Poor peer group as sdutents with low marks come here and get same peer group
Low cutoff to get in university leads to poor quality if potential
Architecture is not that good resources have not been utilised efficiently

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is average not so good as well as not so bad if the student entered in 3 year then students becone eligible for campus placements .There are various companies visited in our college .If i told you about highest package then its about 12lpa and average package is 4lpa. About 60-70% students get placed .My plans after getting the degree is to work in high profile company.

The faculty is very helpful and also very educated along with our studies they guide us how to become successfull also the campus is way too cleaned surroundings have a lot and lot of trees around it

Dislikes

The thins that I didnt like is the political part the rally and all it disturbs the student many a times no exam were conducted due to this votings and all student roam in college with the name of their so called leaders

The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is that I want to become a IAD officer and for which it is the best course for me This curriculum prepares me tough to fight the outside battle I didnt think so anything need to improve in this course The frequency and timing of exam are good

Consider this before choosing the Garhwal University

Mostly I liked the maintenance of discipline in the college like providing equal importance to every student (average and above average).
I have learnt so many new things of life in these two years in the college. I interacted with my batchmates who had come from different states and gained some information about their culture etc.
The faculty was very good especially our HOD mam. All were teaching keeping in view about the language issues faced by some North Indian students. The student can grasp everything with ease.

Dislikes

The laboratory needs some improvements because there was not enough space for every student to perform any experiment. There were approximately 20 girls and 20 boys.
Although the furniture of benches was good, but there should be some benches with good height, so that tall students do not face any difficulty.
Almost no placement services for post graduate students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked animals and plants, but I had to choose only one, so I decided to take Zoology. Yes, it can develop our career. Because, after clearing the post graduation one can go for NET/SET and JRF and can become a lecturer or Assistant Professor. Therefore, there are good opportunities in this field. The language barriers definitely need improvements. It becomes hectic to find the meaning of Hindi words and then convert them to English or other local languages. The teachers should use the English language so that every student find it easy to understand the lecture.
