UPES BBA Fees
The total academic fee for BBA (Foreign Trade) at UPES for the 2026-27 batch is Rs. 12.49 Lakhs over 3 years, comprising tuition fees of Rs. 11.92 Lakhs and academic service fees. The fee increases progressively each year, starting at Rs. 1,74,000 per semester in Year 1 and going up to Rs. 1,98,000 per semester in Year 3. In addition to the academic fee, students are required to pay a one-time Training and Certification Fee of Rs. 31,300, a Personality Development Course (PDC) fee of Rs. 23,300, and other charges. Hostel accommodation is optional and available at Rs. 1,83,000 per year (triple sharing), making the total cost including hostel approximately Rs. 17.98 Lakhs for 3 years.

- The refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is interest-free and returned at the time of leaving the university.
- PDC fee of Rs. 23,300 is payable in two installments: half at the time of admission and the remaining half in the penultimate semester.
- Technology Fee of Rs. 3,800 per semester is applicable for Year 1; subsequent year amounts will be communicated separately.
- Hostel accommodation is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not mandatory.
- Hostel refund is as per university norms.
- Transportation facility is available at Rs. 31,000 per academic year for students residing in Dehradun city.
- If any taxes or levies are imposed by Central/State/Local authorities, the same shall be borne by the student.
- EMI/installment options may be available; students are advised to contact the admissions office for details.
- Fee payment schedule for 2026-27: Semester 1 at the time of admission, Semester 2 by January 2, 2027, Semester 3 by July 10, 2027, Semester 4 by January 2, 2028, Semester 5 by July 10, 2028, Semester 6 by January 2, 2029.
