UPES BBA Fees
The total tuition fee for BBA (Logistics Management) at UPES for the 2026-27 batch is INR 11,14,000, payable over 6 semesters. The fee comprises two components: Tuition Fee and Academic Service Fee, with a moderate annual increment across years. In addition to the tuition fee, students are required to pay a one-time Training and Certification Fee of INR 31,300, a Personality Development Course (PDC) fee of INR 23,300, and a refundable security deposit of INR 20,000. Hostel accommodation is optional and available at INR 1,83,000 per year (triple sharing) onwards.

- The refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 is returned at the time of graduation/exit as per university norms.
- Hostel fee of INR 1,83,000/year is for triple-sharing with common washroom (Bidholi/Kandoli campus). Double-sharing with attached washroom (Girls only, Bidholi) is INR 2,32,000/year. Hostel is optional and not mandatory.
- Technology fee for subsequent years will be communicated along with semester fees.
- PDC fee of INR 23,300 is payable in two halves: half at admission and half in the penultimate semester.
- Fee payment schedule for 2026-27: Semester 1 at the time of admission; Semester 2 by January 2, 2027; Semester 3 by July 10, 2027; Semester 4 by January 2, 2028; Semester 5 by July 10, 2028; Semester 6 by January 2, 2029.
- EMI/loan options are available through partner banks. Students may contact the admissions office for details.
- UPES follows UGC guidelines for fee refunds in case of withdrawal.
