I joinned Kristu jayanthi college through(PJCET), so my fees structure was 60,000 per year and this is only for college fees we should pay extra for placement that is 75000, which is waste of cost because there will be no placement if we didnt pay the placement fees there is placement provided and they wont let us to attend any fest or pre-placement talk

Yes, the college provides different types of scholarships. I didn't avail any because I wasn't eligible. College would surely help if a student wants to take a loan in fact if the college has financial problems, he can apply for jayantian upliftment scholarship, or he/she can pay the fees in installments.
