As I am below 1lakh category my fees is reduced but for above 5 lakh they have to pay full fee that is 1lakh30k Academic wise it is quite ok and there are many scolarships for St and sc category mainly For obc and general scholarship opportunities are less Tution fee is increasing every year

If you are from the General quota then there is no fee rebate but if you are from OBC SC ST then there will be some rebate. You can also find some scholarships which is given by institutes or by the state government.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee of my program is on affordable side. For each year, the fee paid by me was about ₹60,000 which I paid in installments of two. Other than that, my books and other supplies bore me a sum of around ₹60,000 annually. Some fee concessions were also given like for those whose family income is less than 1 lakh don’t have to pay any tuition fees and those whose income is between 1to5 LPA have to pay 1/3rd of tuition fees.

Beginning from NIT Mizoram

When I was taking admission then I was taught with the first-semester fee which was 137000 and this same fee will prevail for the lest semesters also. This fee was fairly nice as compared to any of the other kinds of universities. There are multiple opportunities to work along with the studies in the University but any active scholarship to the applicants is not provided.

Fee structure is quite good .as my family income is less than 1 lakh so I have not to pay tuition fees .stude whose income is between 1 ro 5 lakh have to pay one 1-3rd of tuition fees.and students whose family income is greater than 5 lakh have to pay total fees.

Important info about the college

The fees structure is based on the caste and the annual income of the parents. It has been divided into three categories. They are 1) parents' annual income is more than 5 lakhs for the OC and OBC students then the fee for the semester is 65000. 2) parents' annual income is between 1 lakh and 5 lakhs for the OC and OBC students then the fees for the semester is 37000. 3) parents' income is less than 1 lakh for OC and OBC students, SC and ST are the fees for the semester are 5000. The scholarships are provided for the students of caste SC and ST students only. The campus jobs are increasing every year and they are fantastic.

The fee costs around 65000, As an OBC student with a high income I didn't get any scholarships till now, coming to the campus placement there are many mnc companies that offer a maximum package of 12 LPA and a minimum of 4 LPA those are very good.

Fee structure is totally based on your income certificate i.e. if your income is less than 1 lac/SC/ST/Pwd then you have to pay 3k per semester ( Tution fee = 00 + Acedemic and Other Charges = 3k ) , if your income is grater than 1 lac and less than 5 lac the you have to pay 28500 per semester ( tution fee + Acedemic fee and other charges ) and if you income is grater than 5 lac then you have to pay 65000 per semester ( tution fee + Acedemic fee and other charges ) and 15k per semester for hostel and mess for all students. SC/ST/Minority students apply for scholarship in the NCP portal and the rest students apply for scholarships in their own respective state government scholarship. Their are no any specific scholarship distribudet by NIT Mizoram . 50 to 70 percent students of EEE branche are placed in campus job.

My experience

The fee structure is quite good. It is not hard to pay fees even for BPL families like us. The name of the scholarship is different but mostly for the Home State student it is given by the state government and no other financial aid is given to any student I think. Our fees are affordable for any working class.

There is a procedure to fill scholar firstly take the forms from the scholarship sites and fill them with the seal and signature of registrar and upload on site any one copy to be submitted in college then college will verify after that you will be considered for further varification after all the varification you will get if you are eligible
