Which is better, production engineering at NIT Agartala or ECE at NIT Mizoram?

Your decision completely depends on your priority as to what is the most important to you, the branch or the college. Being a graduate from NIT Agartala, I would suggest you go for NIT Agartala rather than NIT Mizoram. If college is the most important to you then you should go for NIT Agartala. The infrastructure is far better than most of the NITs. You may have to face some trouble regarding the faculties as they are not up to the mark. If the branch is your priority go for ECE, however, Production Engineering also has grown as a department. You can make your careers in Supply Change, Quality Management, and Control, etc. Other than this, your choice should depend upon the location. Give preference to the one that's closer to your home. Both the colleges are tier 3 Indian engineering colleges and the graduates have been working in companies with a package of 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. Fees and Financial Aid:

As I am from oc sectiona and my fees category is 1 to 5 lakhs so my fees is reduced and I have to pay 66k per semester where as for them who have fee category more than 5lakhs have to pay full fee of 1lakh30k No scolarships would be applicable for me but for SC and st have so many scolarships

You can get TFW here if you are SC / ST or OBC / gen with less than 1 lac. You will get 2/3 of the tfw remission. The placement session will start in your Seventh semester. Companies will come accordingly.

Our college offers 100% fee waiver to the SC/ST category students and the general category students whose family income is less than 1 lakh on the tuition fees. It also offers 50% fees waiver on tuition fees for the general category students whose family income is between 1lakh to 5 lakhs.
