Scholarships are those who scored highest in their academic in their course. And I have no idea about loans. So for scholarship u need to be 1st on class. Then your fees reduce to some extent I don't know exactly how much because I was never first.

If someone comes first in all semester ther get scholarship according to University norms. Other scholarship is provided at the time of admou if student have more tht 90% in 12th. No such loan is provided to anyone.
