IIIT Kota Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college placement quality is very good and the college easily competes with the best institute in India in terms of placement quality the college management and placement committee always work together to improve the college placement standards and quality. The highest placement offer of the college was around 43 LPA in the average placement offer is around 16 LPA. More than 120+ companies visit the college campus during the college placement drive.

Within 6 months, nearly all of my CSE batch had been placed. The largest salary package available was around 30 lakhs. The average remuneration package was Rs. 9 lakhs. Placements went well the previous year, and they went well this year as well. Amazon, Goldman Sachs, GAP, Room, and many other companies took part in our placement campaign.

The college has good placement programs. College placement is known all over India. The college has a record of 95% placement. The college placement committee plays a very important role in it as the placement process is completely organized by the placement committee of the college and they're also responsible for our placements as they fully guide us and help us out during every round of placement. The highest package for our batch was around 38 LPA and the average package was around 10 LPA.

The placement cell of the college is very good and professional. They know how to attract companies for placement and they are also well aware of the college student interest. The placement cell helps the student throughout the placement drive. Companies like Deloitte, MAQ Software, IBM, Samsung SDS, Microsoft, Jio, Credit Suisse, Cvent, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini, Publicis Sapient, etc visited our campus during the placement drive. The highest package for our batch went up to 23 LPA and the average package was around 9 LPA. I also received a package of 15 LPA from Microsoft.

3rd-year students are required to do internships. Companies visit the campus for both internships and jobs. Almost around 90 companies recruited in the year 2021. Avg of ECE is around 8-9 lacs whereas CSE is 12-13 lpa. Opportunities are ample if we focus on cracking placements. Companies start visiting for placements from 8th sem. Students placed are more than 90%. Most of visiting companies are IT related.

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like gap, Amazon, Goldman Sachs visit here for placement. Highest package, students got 32 LPA till now. Avg package that is offered is about 10 LPA. Approx 55% of students get placement.

Its a government college . Administration is very good .Unlike other government colleges like IIT BHU, here every thing works very fast The curriculum of college is very goood Exams are held on time and results are displayed on time You get 3-4 months in a year holidays to learn yourself whatever you want to learn

My selection was based entirely on the JEE Mains entrance exam. However, the best thing is that even though I am from IIIT, but we are currently residing in MNIT Jaipur which is our mentor institute and we have freedom to use the facilities provided by MNIT. The main reason why this college to be preferred over others is the facilities and exposure you get and the very obvious thing - placements. Every year the placements are getting better with an average package of nearly 10 lakhs for CSE students.

I got selected in CSE (B.Tech) in IIIT KOTA according to my AIR in JEE Mains. Actually selection process proceed by JOSSA on the based of your college selected and AIR. This process start around june end (you can check official website of JOSSA). I choose this college on basic of my Rank, location from My Home town and branch. I also see previous placement statistics on official website of IIIT KOTA(GOOGLE it). IIIT KOTA has not its own campus, So it it mentored by MNIT JAIPUR and operates in MNIT Jaipur campus from opening of college.

Good placements and infrastructure. Campus is big and green. Teachers are very friendly and helpful to students. Good mentoring facilities are available. Hostels are very nice as we live in mnit Jaipur so there are various types of cultural and technical functions and IIIT kota is allowed to take part in every program.
