IIT Tirupati Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

We are required to participate in placements based on our interests. Participation in placement activities, however, is subject to CGPA standards. Every year, a large number of firms with varied profiles, such as Amazon, TCS, Infosys, and many others with the same high credibility, visit the college campus. However, the number of pupils that can be chosen will always be limited. The average pay package for the first class was around 14 LPA, which is a very fantastic showing for a newly created college.

College was new we were part of the first batch so we do not know what to expect from the college management. The college placement committee of the college was also newly formed. The college management closely worked with the placement cell to invite good companies and they were successful in inviting very good numbers of companies in the college for the placement drive. The highest salary offer for our batch was 40 LPA and the average salary offer was 15 LPA which is a very good track record for a new college.

The college has the capability to compete with the top college of India in terms of educational well as placement also why I am saying that we were part of the first batch and the highest placement for the first batch was 43 LPA and the average salary package was around 14 LPA which really a very good record for a newly established college. The college placement cell members are very professional and cooperative.

IITs are quite popular for their placement and IIT Tirupati is also not behind. The college truly carries the legacy forward. The college has a 100% placement record. Few students receive pre-placement offers during their internship. The college placement committee is very helpful they guide and help us throughout the placement tenure. The highest placement package for our batch was 28 LPA and the average package was 11 LPA. I also received the package of 15 LPA from TCS. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, MathWorks, TESCO, L&T, TCS, Toshiba, Cognizant, Jio, Fincare, Ashok Leyland, Genpact, Barclays, Qualcomm, Goldman Sachs, Starhome Mach, Honeywell etc visited our campus during the college placement drive.

Students are expected to sit for placements based on their interests in the last but one semester. However, there are CGPA requirements for participation in placement activities. However, there will always be a limit on the number of students who can be chosen. Amazon is the company that offers the most generous package, valued at over 25-28 lakhs PA. Depending on the enrollment data, I estimate that around half of the students are placed every time.

There was a small interview in which the topics asked were about you and everything about yourself.There was no GD or a written test whatsoever.This does not apply to all institutes.

From 6 or 7 semesters onwards the students are eligible for campus placements, So many software companies visited the campus like txs , wipro,etc. And some core companies also Highested package is 35 lakh per annum in cse, Avarage is 8 lakh per annum 80 percentage of students gets placed

I Liked this institute progress. As they are providing many courses even it's newly developed. I found Environment and facilities were comfortable. Bad aspects are , I feel it should take care on placement preparation activities. But now it started taking care of it also. The site I followed is https://www.iittp.ac.in. Coming to admission process, we need to apply for counseling by paying 600. And in case selected, we need to submit the education certificates to them on referenced date.

Students from the final year are eligible for the campus placements. To date, two batches have passed out of IIT Tirupati. Last year the highest package was around 43 lakhs, and the average package is approximately 13 lakhs per annum. Various companies, including Amazon, Microsoft, Tata, Wipro, L&T, Bosch, etc., have attended campus placements to recruit students. The institute has a placement percentage of 92%.
