The staff of the college was not on ruglar basis

Faculty:

We were almost 60 students in a class the relationship with the students to the teacher was very friendly we were asking any questions related to the topic without hesitation and sir was explaining in a beautiful manner I liked the building construction faculty because they were giving the information beautiful Nd the faculty was very understanding each and every thing very well The faculty which I disliked was maths department because that was very difficult to understand and was boarding. The exam were every month a session test Before the final exam we were attempting the two sessional tests The exam pattern was very good related to the syallibus almost 85% of the student pass the exam

Almost all faculty was well qualified , with the degree of Mbbs or md , almost all . 1:6 ratio of faculty & students. Approach of teaching is very good , and with smart board it will well experience to u.

Faculty:

There are a many lecturers in Al-falah among them mostly are those who qualified M-tech from same college thus getting appointed as lectures. Their way of teaching is average as it lacks the practical sense. Only theoretical knowledge is given but practical is much less.

Faculty:

The faculty of the college were fine. They all didnt had enough experience in teaching plus their knowledge about the course wasnt also good. They all were just using books and then teaching us. I didnt liked the faculty.

I did not had a good experience with the faculty members of my college because they mostly delay their work which can be easily done on the spot or on the same day and this is same experienced from my friends also.But there are some good faculty members also which do their work on time and taking all the responsibility of their work.

The Best Learning Environment

Faculty:

The faculty was amalgamation of both young teachers and experienced one. They had core knowledge of their subjects. There experience and teaching really sharpen our technical knowledge. The young ones give us the passion to learn. And experienced one give us the knowledge.

The college has an average faculty. few teachers are well equipped with their subjects and have great experience. on the other hand there are few new comers too. However the civil , ECE , CS have better teachers than other branches.
