Presidency University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are quite good. 85% of them get placed every year. 10% get into their startups or family business. 5% of them go for their higher studies. Many MNC have visited our University for placement drives. The highest package this year was 15lpa in EEE(as of 16 sep 2024) and the lowest was 4lpa. The placements starts from 7th sem. And I'm planning to get with higher studies in Germany

Presidency univers Is establis In 2012 it doesn't have any great alumni yet but still companies do visit presidency and avg placement is around 4-5Lpa but it does gives you many opportunities though many clubs. Placement rate is 98% I'll go for MCA after my bachelors

Our college has placement facilities. It has some mass hiring companies like Capegemini and tech Mahindra. The average package of our college is 3L to 5L. Most of companies have same CTC. For B.Tech students the companies offered Software Engineer roles. List of companies that have visited till now are EY GDS, UST, Mu Sigma, Accenture ,Capegemini, Tech Mahindra and IBM with highest package of 13CTC

As I think 30% of the students get placements from our college.and about the package I really don't know about that as I am second year now as per my knowledge 6lpa may be the highest package from the companies that visit

The highest placements are according to the person's hard work dedication and placement training The average package is 4-5 lakh per annum And the best package is 20 lakh per annum While 98% of the students getting placement

Placement are good .you need to be in 8 sen to be eligible for college placements and people having no backlogs are eligible for college placements you need to get atleast 60 percentage to get placement in an good company

Till second year the course was all theory just the language classes were practical . Starting from third year the course took a huge turn turning most of the classes to practical classes and the practical classes being provided are of real help . The pps classes are given from the start to train the students for interviews and placements.

Coming to the placements the university is having really good tie up with numerous companies that made the major highlight of the university. Atleast 30 placement were there for my batch alone. So placements were good from my college

placement drive starts after the completion of the 6th semester in the 7th semester the company is comes for the hiring the eligibility criteria for the most of the companies is 6.5 CGPA or 6 CGPA for the elite companies it will be above 7.5 CGPA on the companies came for the hiring or legs example emphasis TCS cognizant Wipro Infosys HCL LG and their so many other sensor like that so on.. according to me most of the people who are eligible who are above the 6 or 6.5 CGPA or have got qualified and I think the percentage will be above 85% of the people who are eligible has been qualified for this placement drive and the average package was like 4 lakhs and the highest I am not pretty sure about that the but the average was above 4 to 5 lakhs

I think the college have a good placement and we have internship aswell but we have to maintain our marks then only we will be able to get placement and internships.if iam not getting any placements i will be going for the masters
