A Journey Through My Academic Experience

Likes

I like mostly library. It is opened also in holidays. It will provide news papers and weekly magazines.
I like my college ground there playing cricket and conducting events and fests.
I would like to our classrooms and hostel rooms there we are spending lots of time with friends.

Dislikes

I don't like our mess food it was bad sometimes
I don't like sometimes our college food court sometimes there food is not good.

Placement Experience:

In coming to campus placements they are conducting on-campus in the final year. The students who are eligible for some companies above the 7 cgpa or 8 cgpa. sometimes some companies are taking if any backlogs occur to students. It is not possible in all cases. The percentage of students getting placements are maximum of 80 percent of the students placed on our campus. the highest package companies are checkered, synopsis, analogue devices, Napier etc. Some students are prepared for gate exams, upsc and abroad .here sometimes conduct gate classes, gre classes, Upsc classes and workshops.

Education is the very interesting and useful thing I liked here.
Practical experience of what we study is very interesting.

Dislikes

Less Nutrition food and some expecting some more best food.
Should have more practical experience and more computer labs.

Placement Experience:

On our campus, we have a lot of opportunities for placement and internships. Students are eligible for getting internship from the third year of b.tech. And placement after graduation completion. There are many startups, MNCs and famous companies. Some are Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, tcs, napier, hallmark, vasarlabs, algonox, Global Innovation, Appliances, sooktha, hackathon, intershala, codevita etc. The highest package based on the company offers can be 20 to 50 lakhs. and the least package is 35000. 75 percent of students get placements in the university.

Stance detection of students

Likes

College infrastructure is quite attractive. Have all facilities like library, auditorium, indoor playing space, food court, play ground etc.
Providing laptops to students is very helpful.
Student friendly faculty and wide classrooms with labs facility.

Dislikes

I dilike the most is mess food and the walking distance from hostel to classrooms.

Placement Experience:

Students of E4 are eligible for placements. As I am in ens of E4 first semester, many companies visited like Test Sigma, GIH, soothe, synopsis, Hall mark, etc. As per companies offered, 7 to 9 is the highest average package and 3.5 to 4 is the least.

My Friends are the best part of this college.I have never had that many good friends in my entire life
My college environment is a thing i do like more about it.Here there is a lot of greenery which is an additional beauty of it
My faculty who are teaching us are so friendly and they are so helpful and kind

Dislikes

The mess food is not good it sometimes better.
There is one place called foodcourt which is also not good even if we are paying them money still sometimes we dont get the qualitative products

Placement Experience:

From Engineering fourth year semester-1 onwards students are allowed to do internships. There are many companies that have visited. Their basic pattern for examining the students is based on the projects they have done so far.

Campus placements are very good here. maximum members are selected here. the average package is 5lpa. I would like to Become a government officer. That's why I'm preparing for government jobs. after the degree, I will take training classes for the job.

Likes

One of the best thing is education system.
Yoga is the very good in the campus. .
Labs are also very good in the campus...

Dislikes

One of the thing I disliked was the food.

Placement Experience:

From engineering, 4th year 1st semester students become eligible for campus placements. The university will provide placements. There are so many companies visiting the campus. the highest package was around 24lpa. And the average package was around 5lpa.

Things I liked in our university are excellent teaching by our faculty
Library where you will find lots of resources to explore and improve your knowledge
Student activity centre and clubs like student mitra and SDCAC

Dislikes

Mess food is sometimes not good , sometimes taste of curries are not satisfactory
During summer season water facility is not good

Placement Experience:

From btech 3rd year second semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS,Vipro, Microsoft,ITC,Hetero chemicals, Deccan fine chemicals..these are for our chemical department and lots of companies are there for other departments like CSE,ECE,EEE etc.. Average highest package is 8-10 LPA . For our chemical department it is on average 6-8 LPA . Nearly 40 percent of students were placed every year in popular companies . My plan is to work in PSU's like ONGC,IOCL,GAIL etc...

Good College But Management Should Improve

The faculty is really experienced and good
The tech fests are one of the best they Provide the relief from all the academics
The college atmosphere is very pleasant with greenary and comfortable rooms

Dislikes

The placements ard not good enough in our college.So we need to apply off-campus
The schedule is very tight I get drained every time I come to room I am unable to do any other work
The bathrooms in the hostel are not properly maintained.They clean it weekly once which is bizzare .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took the 6-year integrated btech course because nowadays engineering has been in demand. I opted for Electronics and Communication Engineering because I was interested in circuits and stuff. The faculty-student is okay in our university (1:50). All the faculty in our university are highly experienced graduates of IITs.Their teaching is very stress-free and easy to understand. The semester exams are conducted every 6 months and mid-exams are conducted every month. The exams are quite easy if you try for just a pass but for top grades, you'll need to work a little more hard.

Our Institute provides lots of campus placements for us. The companies that came to our campus are very prestigious companies, all over india. My ambition is to get a job at campus placements only.

The mess food in some times was not tasty and boring
Some water leakage problems and bathroom was some what bad
They are some places from their we get a bad smell

Placement Experience:

In college the placements are good. For. Engineering 3rd year onwards the students can become eligible for placements. The companies that get to our college are Intel, snapdragon, synopsis, etc. The highest package is 25 lacs per annum and the least package is 3.5 lacs per annum. Approximately 75 % of the students are placed in the job. I have a plan to start my own business.

What is your review of IIIT Nuzvid?

The facilities are quite good but you will not find smart graduates here. The classrooms are good with 3-star accommodation. Everything including the notices is sent online.

A peculiar thing that you will notice is that everyone here uses Linux as an operating system including Fedora, Ubuntu, and Zorin.
There are no hard copy textbooks and it is a smart campus with no electrical lines seen anywhere.
In your first year, you will do well, plus there is no entrance exam to gain admission.
Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. It was mainly started to boost village students to gain exposure to higher education.
It also gives an option of 6 years of free education to prevent girls from getting married too early.
There are also free food and hostel facilities for underprivileged students. However, the main drawback is that it could shrink the mindset of many students by making them complacent.
You will also find really good faculty that will help you secure a job later. Most lecturers here are individuals who have done well in their subjects.
Underprivileged students also get the opportunity to access movies and the internet.

Overall, it is a good place but most students end up being intelligent and not street smart here.

RGUKT Nuzvid is the only institute which provides students with laptop and internet connectivity. The institute has a population of 6000 students and 300 faculty members. The institute also has the biggest library in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements:-

RGUKT Nuzvid has a solid placement department for BTech and MTech students. Around 60-70 companies visit the campus every year.

The top companies are Cognizant, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Intel, Internshala, etc.

Admission details:-

The institute offers 6-year integrated BTech courses with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the 10th standard.
Admissions are offered based on the marks in class 10.
The candidates need to have 60% marks in BTech degree for admission in the MTech program.
Admissions are based on the marks in the GATE score, followed by counseling.

The institute is a fully residential environment with a ragging free campus.
