I pay 58700 rs every semester which depends as per your course.The total 4 years program may approximately cost 5.8 lakh. 1.4lakh tuition fees + 20000-30000 admission fees+ 10000 caution deposit + 20000 lab fees this is the approximate course charges this may vary upon the course you choose. Sc st students do not need to pay the tution fee . Batchmates from Sc st category confirms paying minimal amounts through Oasis portal. Merit cum need: 25-100% tution fee waiver for income below 2.5 lakh and marks above 80% . Swami Vivekanand merit cum need scholarships.

The total fees including tution fees and other fees(i.e. registration fees, causion fees, admission fees, lab fees etc.) of all B.Tech courses is almost same, around 480000. The fees is breaking down into semester wise, where each semester fees around 56k - 62k. But, they provides the scholarship facility as per merit basis and early enrollment basis on 12 marks: Above 90% : 50k Between 80% - 90% : 40k Between 70% - 80% : 30k Between 60% - 70% : 15k Every year, the tution fees is increasing about 40k.

Fee for the course (BTECH CSE AIML) which I have enrolled in is 579600 for 4 years. It includes the tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, development fees, lab fees, library fees and the other compulsory charges during the course completion. The prcedure to pay the fees is quite normal like other colleges. You have the pay the course fees semester wise, at the beginning of every semester you have to first pay its fees which will include all the fees like maintainence, lab, library etc. For the students who take direct admission in the university can access the early bird offer which result in relaxation upto 30k in the course fees. In addition to this, university provide scholarship from its end called Brainware Merit Scholarship after analyzing your percentage of 10+2. It also provide numerous scholarship like SVMCM, Kanyashree and other private scholarships both for general category students and minority students.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I have to pay near about 74000 rupees in every 6 months, after each semester the amount will be decrease. For regestration first i had to book my seat with 5000 rupees and then get admission with 74000 rupees, they charge other things like tution fee lab fee and other in this amount. So i think it is very good thing that within this small amount i can get admission. They give every kind of scolership like kanyashree for 25000 and swamivivekananda for 18000 and many more.

My experience at Brainware University

Fees and Financial Aid:

Whole course take 8 semister. Total fees is 490000 rupees. There is many scholarship. When I get admitted I get 60000 rupees scholarship for my 12th result. I also get 20000 rupees for early admission in the college. Now I have to pay 409000 rupees for my total course . 1st year I have to pay 144400 rupees and 2nd year 130400 rupees. 3rd year 118400 rupees and 4th year 16400 rupees. Where total tuition fees 341000 rupees. Registration fees is 5000 rupees. Library fees is 10500 rupees. Laboratory fees is 12000 rupees. Admission fees is 35000 rupees.

Yes, you can apply for admission to BCA without having Mathematics in your 10+2. But you must have scored at least 50% marks in the aggregate for being fully eligible for admission to the course.
