Honest talk about IIT GOA

Fees and Financial Aid:

We have to pay a fee for each semester before starting the semester. It is nearly 120000 for its semester. We can submit it online on the website of IIT Goa. Even there are scholarships for different categories like SC ST OBC EWS. Prudence belonging to OBC and having parents income less than 500000 has to pay only one-third of their tuition fees. While SC and ST don't have to pay any tuition fees for courses. Tejas need to pay admission fees and hostel fees for this course. There are also options available for external scholarships.

There is no fee hike policy for UG students but students who participate as teaching assistants get stiphund. Various scholarships are available, iit GOA and Union Bank are tied up, so they give a free zero-balance savings account for students along with the option of an education loan. the campus placements have 98%.

About IIT GOA

About fees, in this college no more fees, if students whose parent's income is less than 1 lakh will get a full refund on tuition fees and those students whose parent's income is between 1 lakh and 5 lakh will get a 2/3 refund fee. This was for OBC and EWS students. And for St and sc students already less no tuition fee is required to pay.
