Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU), Bhiwani is a prestigious state university established by the Haryana State Government in the year 2014.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University offers postgraduate programs in the disciplines of science, humanities, management, pharmacy and physical education. There are eight M.Sc. programs, seven M.A. programs, three MBA specializations, three M. Pharm specializations including M.Com. and M.P.Ed. that are currently being offered under its PG wing.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline. All candidates are required to score at least 45% marks in the last qualifying exam as a mandatory eligibility clause. Selection is done on the basis of marks secured in KU CET.

CBLU offers research level degree programs in up to five specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a master’s degree in the relevant discipline with 55% aggregate. Selection is done on the basis of Institute level entrance test/counselling conducted on university level. It is mandatory for all Ph.D. candidates to qualify UGC NET/JRF.

CBLU has different application process for PG programs and Ph.D. programs. The detailed application process is as follows:
For PG Courses
- Candidates are required to fill the online application for centralized counselling by visiting Kurukshetra University.
- Once successfully registered, the candidate will have access to the online application form which should be filled correctly and in full.
- Candidates are required to keep scanned copies of photograph, signature, Aadhar card and all other requisite documents handy at the time of filling the application form.
- After submitting the application form, application fee of INR 600 has to be paid via credit/debit card or internet banking.
For Ph.D. courses
- Candidates applying for Ph.D. programs can obtain the application form from the university website.
- Alternatively, he/she can also collect a copy of the prospectus and application form from the university’s admission cell by paying the prescribed application fees.
- Self-attested copies of all relevant documents must be enclosed along with the application form for submission.
- Payment of application fees can also be made via demand draft.
- Candidates must attend the counselling or personal interview session on the assigned date for his/her candidature to be valid.
