Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies is a private university located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The university was established in 2012 by the Act of Madhya Pradesh State Legislature.

Sanchi University offers Certificate courses, Diploma courses, MA, M.Sc., MFA, M.Phil and Ph.D. programs in various disciplines.  

  • Candidates have to apply through the official website of the University.

Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, Bhopal offers MA program in seven specializations, MA/M.Sc.in Yoga and Holistic Health and MFA degree course in Indian Painting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University for PG courses.

Sanchi University M.Phil and Ph.D. Admission 2023

Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies also offers Ph.D. and M.Phil courses in various specializations. To be eligible to apply for Ph.D. and M.Phil degree, candidates must have a Master’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Selection will be done on the basis of Entrance Examination and Viva-Voce.

Sanchi University Diploma and Certificate Admission 2023

Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, Bhopal offers Certification course in Chinese Language, Pali Language & Literature and Written & Spoken Sanskrit and Diploma course in the Chinese Language.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board to be eligible to apply for Certification Courses. For Diploma courses, they should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a certificate in Basic Chinese Language Proficiency.

Selection is done on the basis of Viva-Voce only conducted by the university.

Aspirants looking for admission to the Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies are required to apply in online mode through the official website. Here are the steps to apply:

  • Candidates must ensure that he/she has read and understood the eligibility criteria for each course/programme of study.
  • Fill the form carefully with all the valid details.
  • Before final submission of Online Application form, read the declaration carefully and agree. 
  • Applicants are required to upload a recently scanned coloured photograph and signature in JPG format. 
  • Pay the application fees through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • Take print out of e-deposit slip.

Sanchi University Scholarship

The University offers many scholarships for meritorious and economically poor students. Notice regarding the application process for Scholarship will be put on the University notice board. The students are also encouraged to apply for other Government and Private scholarships online if they fulfil the required conditions. 

  • Top three rank holders having 80% and above in the entrance examination of any programme/course are awarded University scholarship for special merits. 
  • The Central Fees Committee of the University will review and decide the eligibility criteria for awarding the scholarship for special merit and is empowered to discontinue scholarship for special merit if conduct or progress of the student is found below the CGPA 8.0 in each semester examination of any programme/course of the University. 
  • The top three BPL rank holders having 70% and above in the entrance examination of any programme/course offered by the University will be awarded BPL scholarship as per the rules of the University. 
  • All M.Phil. / Ph.D. students of the University excluding those receiving financial assistance will be entitled to scholarship as per the rules of the University.

Admission:

The requirement for the programme include 10+2 from any recognized board with specified minimum marks. A valid certificate of basic proficiency in Chinese. Online admission form should be filled and submitted attached with self-attested copies of the required documents. Performance in personal interview will determine admission to the course.
