SRM University Amaravathi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements are good in the college. Avg package is 8 to 9 LPA and highest is 48 LPA or so. You have to work hard to get a good package and not 100% are placed so be careful. Many companies visit including google, JP morgan etc... Only 80% are placed last year and my plan too is getting placed...

Influence are many in words. I see people around my surroundings getting placed in varoius companies and earning on their own according to their comfort.Areas for improvement is getting surrounded by some good illiterate people for suggestions and home, the place where homesick people find peace and try to do innovative things.

From the third year second sem you are eligible to campus placements. You will get placement training from third year first sem . Companies like Infosys, ibm etc .many popular mnc's and product-based companies will come to placements. Mostly all of the students get placed in campus placements

Coming to department wise education. Each dept have their own team with their different strategies. Coming to circulam it is the most flexible circulam each and every student will enjoy the circulam. Coming to exams it is a strict process max duration 3hrs.

Our curriculum is very innovative and the subjects included in curriculum are updated to current industry Includes courses which blends with theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge and courses to develop soft skills Research opportunities for students is a very inovative idea and practical skills. Update of curriculum according to trends and interactive learning and continuously taking feedback from students and using technology in teaching

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness I prefered cse course because i want to become a good coder and help to design some technoigies They will give some projects to us to do in real world applications like in java we have swing etc.,, All areas are good Timing of exams is good in my point of view

You get to choose between higher studies and placements in the third year. The highest package is around 44 lakhs and the least package I heard was 4.5 lakhs per annum and i heard that we have an average of 10 lakhs per annum. People get employed and we get various companies.

Placement training starts in 6th semester and they provide internship opportunities from ending of 4th semester. Almost 800 companies visited and among them, 11 international opportunities and 25 marquee companies visited. If we aren't placed, they will again help with 1 month of training and you still haven't placed then either you need to check for outside campus or else higher studies

As we are the first batch , I don't know much about the placement.They are offering placement in industry or for research as in which we are interested.According to the interest and hardworking of students, they will get the placement

After 6 th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Roughly 800 companies will visit the campus each year. Each student will get atleast one MNC (TCS ,Cognizant ,Capgemini, L and T)placement and if we are talented enough then we will get dream and super dream offers too. ECE core Companies like Bosch, Tata power, AMD, Cadence will also visit campus for placements. Highest package is around 30 LPA which is internship leads to placement category and mostly 80 percent of the highest packages ends up only with intership without converting to full time offer. Average package is 7 LPA 95 percent of the students will definitely get placements. Who maintains good GPA with skill will get higher packages .
