VKSU Faculty

The college has a total of 108 teachers who are generally knowledgeable and supportive, and they maintain a friendly relationship with students. The faculty-to-student ratio is noted as 1:100, which is considered good, although some branches outside of Arrah report less engaged faculty. There is a single faculty responsible for campus placements, particularly in the BBA program. The faculty, being government employees, are sometimes perceived as lazy, with a basic approach to teaching.

Classes are not conducted regularly, with only 2-3 lectures per week in some courses. The college hosts over 2000 students, yet there are only 15-20 faculty members available, indicating a high faculty-student ratio in practice. Despite some faculty being well-educated and experienced, many students rely on self-study due to irregular class attendance. Faculty are approachable, treating students like family and encouraging questions and discussions, although their availability is sometimes limited.
