National Sports University Imphal Gallery

There are many festivals which we celebrate in our university like Foudation day, Onam, Teachers day, sangai festival, cultural festival, freshers party, farewell party,etc. All the Books and Journals related to sports , sports science are easily available in the library, we can easily issue these materials by using library card. All classrooms have Audio visual learning system, smart boards,projectors. Every month , there are intramurals competition between the Four houses. There are some groups like literary society, Cultural Scociety.

Facilities are very good and the infrastructure are very good for the students they have big campus and available space to play and prtce and the facilities they provide are very good for the students and they have a different clubs so students can learn more better

There is no club near my university even if there is then we r not allowed to go outside after 7. only for training we can..otherwise we can't There is alot of books in the library. the library is not too big. but you will find alk the books out there Most of the students are disciplined. one or two might be undisciplined but it doesn't affect others We celebrate every function there Classrooms have projectors & cameras in the gallery & library. its 10 min away from the hostel Our university offers alot of extracurricular activities like aerobics for outsiders, cross country in women's day, webinars & seminars, workshops & different activities in different occasions

Every year there are All India university games and many other national tournaments. University organized many cultural programs for learning purposes, seminars and webinars are held , and intramural competition are also there.

Sports courts and Labs are prominent there as it is sports University but nothing broadly for cultural activities, no hall for dance or singing or no books club also nothing relevant to extracurricular.

To connect students with their peers and mentors in a comparatively less rigid environment, such extracurricular activities are organised. It includes cultural evenings, fests, seminars and various other activities which are light and fun in nature.

There are several extracurricular activities being organised by the college throughout the year for the students in order to make them understand the importance of everything in one's life. Such little activities bring us closer to not just our fellow students but our mentors also.

Being a sports college , sports activities and training are the essence in our life . There is a separate departments for various sports activities like weightlifting, athletics, etc. webinars , workshops, seminars and special sessions are conducted in which famous sportsperson are invited for our personal and professional assistance.

Sports events are organised very frequently. So that team spirit and practicality can be inculcated in the students. We celebrate independence Day ,Republic Day, national sports day, teachers day ,children day very well.

The college provides Boys and girls hostels, Administrative block, Indoor hall for wrestling, judo, taekwondo training centre, Archery and shooting range, Standard swimming pool, athletics tracks. Hostels having separate dining hall, recreation hall and washroom facilities of a high standard. International workshop on capacity building in sports psychology, national sports day celebration, Yoga day celebration and also sports activities such as Athletic, badminton, boxing, football, weightlifting, indoor stadium, football ground, swimming pool, The infrastructure of the college is too good, academic block with smart classrooms, library, laboratories
