Me and my College life

Likes

College is very clean and has smart class
Teachers are good towards the students as well
Construction is going on as new things would come

Dislikes

Washroom is so unhygienic no one cleans it
Every class room look like a pit of garbage
Every student come to the college to play games rather than to study

Course Curriculum Overview:

In sports terms its very good and faculty and curriculum as well supportive teachers and also give us important details of everything and always notifies us on our watsapp groups and exam level is moderate as well

CUJ is Cute!!

It's just 15 years old university and has got the NAAC accreditation of B++.
The reputation for academy at our college is highest in entire region.
For every program here the fees is so affordable and in case one don't have that their entire fees is waived off.

Dislikes

Placements aren't that great and university's placements cell is indeed not doing much about it.

Placements aren't that good and for Zoology it's like the research roles in labs and under research professors so mostly a salary of 30-50k is what students of Zooly gets at our college and even DU stidnets get the same.

The NAVAL ncc is the best thing in our college
Sports facilities are too good in our college
The environment we get in our college is soo good and our staff is also helpful

Dislikes

Our parks need to be maintained and need to add flowers
We need a separate labs for each department
Outsiders should not to be allowed in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a good interest in psychology that why i choose this course there need to some improvements in the department like psychology laboratory also need to have extra smart board in the classes. The exams are moderate.

My Experience with my College

Likes

The professors are knowledgeable , approachable and use innovative methods to clear understanding of the concepts .The Campus is well maintained with modern facilities like Library , Labouratory , Outdoor as well as Indoor Stadium .
There are various Clubs , events and Competition that allow students to participate in many activities which helps to enhance the confidence and also the knowledge of the student . Many intercollege events organized in my college also motivate the st
The campus is full with lot of students belonging to different cultures and many cultural events were organised to expand the local cultural and helps the student to know about different culture which were very importnat for them while visiting.

Dislikes

The increment in fee is sometimes difficult for many students so sometimes they need to work partime to earn money for the college fees to pay the amount .
The food option in the canteen is limited .
The hostel Room can improved more for better comfort

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculam 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The inclusion of industry relevant modules such as SQL ,Python and Machine learning made the course highly appealing

Attendance is verey strict in 2nd year. students should maintain atleast 60 cent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for bsc in medical field.I always had interest in medical line,i found botany and zoology much interesting than physics or chemistry. Botany according to me, is relatable and understanding same for zoology.

Various events are celebrated like mathematics day , dogri diwas and many more which encourages the students to participate in such programs which builds our confidence also prizes and refreshments are given to the students with full respect & honour
Classes are very nice. comfortable chairs are provided. Also now our college is applying Air conditioning facilities for Summers and new lab has been made for chemistry,physics,biology students with lift provided in that building so that students can
Perform the practicals accordingly. Teachers are also really nice and helpful they clear all our doubts and explain us each and every thing through smart boards. Weekly seminars are also taken in our college to build our confidence for future

Dislikes

Hostels facilities are not really good our college should definitely work on it
Also some mirrors are broken and our college is working on it and it would be fixed in few months
Sometimes they burden too much in studies by taking seminars, exams etc and we have no time to prepare for other entrance exams

My interest in mathematics started from class 10th and I decided to pursue my graduation in cluster university jammu as honors mathematics and I completed my honors then I decided to further persue msc as I wanted to become a professor As I did my graduation from cluster university jammu I liked the facilities and education system in our college so I decided to complete my msc from the same college The exams difficulty level is normal according to me our teachers has taught us each and every thing and the exams come from the syllabus only

Bba department especially music classes our teacher are very good
Our teachers they treats us very well and we feel comfortable with them
The nature of the teachers are very good

Dislikes

We got playgrounds but some requirements of the students were not fulfilled there
They didn’t tell us about the tournaments that are played in the colleges
Well i think only these facilities were not provided to us

Well i give 9 to our course Areas of the courses are good Exam timing is 2:30 hours , exam are tough but we're still learning and students are not ready to take exams on time because they end the semester in 4 months

Govt. Spmr college: A detailed Review

Classes are regular. Staff is very friendly and there's equal opportunity for each and every individual student. Also there's a tradition of choosing class representative and president of college and also there's is regular cultural programs in it.
There is also inter college competition in the college like chess competition, badminton, cricket, football,etc. There's a special dedicated ground to play and practice the games
Lastly, principal is also very friendly and supportive. They support various activities in the college like fresher's and farewell both official and unofficial.

Dislikes

Placement is a negative that I'd say. There's no placements despite it's inclination towards commercial sector
College gas more inclination towards theoretical knowledge instead of practical knowledge. There are labs but no staff is there to properly use it
Being an only college of commerce in jammu, it's campus is not that developed. It's small in size.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is average. There's limited syllabus not that deep so it's easy for anyone to pass theory exams but practical exams are tough. I personally like management subjects as they're more theory and marketing based. There are certain courses like income tax, mgt accounting, stats, business operations that prepares you for real life challenges and easy to get a job in the corporate world In improvements, I'd say it must make us use those computer labs and told us some basics of itr and other skills like ppt, word , etc. After a month of semester, you'd be having your minors and after 4-5 months, you'd be having you majors.
